If I did not tell you that we had not met prior to my first visit, you would have thought I was a regular customer. She was genuinely welcoming and personable. So much so that when I saw first my brows, I hugged her tight as if she had just saved my life. (Southerners are known for their hugs - and I just couldn't help myself). She gave my brows new life. While brows have long been "in", I have inconsistently dabbled with getting them waxed, threaded and tinted. So yes, they were essentially neglected and busted. On the blue moons in which they were cared for, the outcome was nice but never did any service relieve me of a need to fill them in or from needing to brush those wild & curly babies into shape daily. But not today! Felicia did a good job on my lashes too. They were light and natural looking. But the glue she uses is black and sticky and does not really work for me. If a lash is hanging or stuck, a slight pull of the one, knocks off an entire section. It has happened to me one time to many. No Bueno. ....Appointments are pretty much exclusively booked on Styleseat. Pricing is detailed there. Eyebrow Tint and Wax runs about $35 before tip and takes 30-45 minutes.

Her encouragement was vital to my brow grow-out stage :) She's super-duper clean, quick, professional, and good at what she does. The products used to wax and fill your brows are also very high quality, making it very worth the price. My only criticism: it can be hard to get in touch over the phone to set up the appointment, as this is a pretty busy store and the other Ulta employees with lots of other tasks are the ones answering the phones.
