Lana really took her time to explain everything well, to understand the shape I wanted, to mix the perfect color (maybe an hour just for this - but it is really important!), and to perform the procedure. She checked on me frequently to make sure I was not feeling pain. Did not want to rush with a bad review if results were same as OmSpa. - My tissue was the same for both treatments; both treatments were applied in same area. OmSpa procedure was extremely painful, recovery was extremely painful, and yes, I continued because I paid a lot of money to you and it was implied that it's my skin not technique.
