I highly recommend her as I have had other friends go elsewhere in the past, who did not have as good of an experience. I did a lot of research and waited some time before selecting my artist, & I am glad that I chose Elsa! There are moments in life when someone walks in and changes everything…read more For me, that person is Elsa. Five years ago, a chemical peel left me with a severe burn and a raised, colorless scar in the very center of my face. It is impossible to explain what that does to a person's spirit. Every conversation, every photo, every glance in the mirror became a reminder of something I desperately wished I could hide. I stopped recognizing myself.I stopped feeling confident. Some days, I even avoided looking people in the eye because I was so ashamed of how visible it was. I tried to fix it. I flew twice to a well-known clinic in Beverly Hills hoping for relief. While there were small improvements, the reality of traveling back and forth from Chicago made it impossible to continue. Then I found Elsa and my life truly began to change. From the moment we met, she wrapped me in a sense of calm and understanding. She listened to me in a way few people ever had. I felt seen, not just as someone with a scar, but as a person who had been carrying years of hurt and insecurity. My scar was stubborn. It didn't respond easily. But Elsa never once made me feel hopeless. Her patience, her determination, and her belief that we would get there never wavered, even when mine did. And somehow, she did what I had started to believe was impossible. Today, the scar that once defined my reflection is barely noticeable. I look in the mirror and feel relief instead of heartbreak. Elsa didn't just camouflage my scar. She gave me my confidence back. In so many ways, she gave me my life back. There are truly no words big enough for the gift she has given me, but I hope she knows I will carry gratitude in my heart forever.

I called back and voiced my concerns after both sessions and was told this can sometimes happen and was offered a free 3rd session with stronger pigment (not sure why this didn't happen after the first time) but I requested at least a partial refund instead. The first two times were painful, even with plenty of numbing cream, and I honestly had no reason to believe the 3rd time would work any better. I will say my Mom is enjoying her powder brows and they look great on her, but I can't recommend this place based on my experience. I would have hoped after dropping $750 + tip they would have worked with me more. I'm not requesting anything out-of-line when my lips looks pretty much the same.

My most recent experience with a lash lift was really positive but I am planning on going on a trip soon where I do not want to have to worry about putting on any makeup. With that in mind, I decided to try this spot out for some lash extensions with the idea that if I liked them, I would get a fill in a couple weeks prior to my trip. I decided to go here based on all the positive reviews. When I first arrived, I was super nauseated from my Uber ride and the woman that answered the door was very friendly, got me a chair out of the direct sunlight (overheated) and got me some cold water. It was such a friendly and welcoming way to enter my appointment after such a rough Uber ride. Jazmin was so lovely and friendly, making me feel comfortable and listening to what I said I wanted done to my lashes. She had just gotten her own done and I loved how they looked and kind of also showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for to get this kind of layered, wispy look that I was going for. The session was really relaxing and she was so patient, even when for some reason I kept having to cough throughout the appointment. She did not get frustrated or rush through anything and I absolutely loved the results. I cannot wait to go back in two weeks and get just a little more volume/length added before my trip :)
