She's passionate about her work, makes you feel comfortable, ensures a hygienic environment, tries her best to make the process as painless as possible, and informs you about the post-waxing tips. She recently just started her own studio, and the building is still in the works. You'll likely still see construction going on as they finish the other rooms in the building. Her room is located downstairs on the right, which is small but welcoming and cute. Full leg wax is $70, which is what I got during this visit. I didn't feel much pain for the most part except a little sting on my shins since that part of the body is sensitive. I'm glad she doesn't double-dip into the wax. She's also meticulous to make sure there aren't any leftover hairs. The whole waxing took about 30 minutes. I'm definitely a repeat customer and recommend trying out her services!

Soo glad that I was referred to Q Spa! Before coming for my monthly facials, I was very insecure…read moreabout my skin because I had so many noticeable blackheads and huge pores. All of this had built up over the years and I never did anything about it (oily skin did not help at all). A little over a month ago, I came in for my first facial, the hydra-facial, done by Yufei. She walked me through the process of the facial and explained why she did what she did. She evaluated my skin and recommend how to change my skin care routine. After coming out, I noticed huge changes to my skin right away, smaller pores, more hydrated skin, etc. However, it was a long process of extractions before getting there. After opening my pores with the steamers and other things, she was able to see and extract things that I was not able to see. My face was very red after but it was WORTH IT! The redness and swelling in some areas went down after a few hours and by the next morning, my skin was soo much clearer I came back a month later for the Glow Facial which helped my skin even more! Slowly but surely Yufei is helping me achieve my dream skin! I definitely recommend coming here for your skin needs- Yufei and the rest of the staff are very nice and kind. Daina was amazing! She did my nano brows just a few days ago and, while they're still healing, the…read moreboost it's given my confidence is undeniable. I used to put a lot of time into my brows, but over time, have lost interest in doing my makeup and, with that, a little bit of my "look". I wanted to start investing in my appearance again and realized...my brows were...gone?? They were patchy, light, and pretty much disappeared at the arch. There wasn't even anything for the makeup to stick to. While I have no idea what that is all about...I do know...I just didn't feel as pretty anymore and was ready for a change, so I scheduled a consult with Daina. I went in looking for something extremely natural looking, as I don't wear makeup and didn't want my brows to look goofy without a full face of makeup. She matched my shape and color perfectly...and I feel like myself again. In just the last few days I've been complimented by strangers, coworkers, and friends over and over. Most who knew me couldn't place what had changed, only that I was glowing and looked "so pretty!" Which was exactly what I was hoping to get out of this - not a glaring, dramatic change, but something that fit and complemented my face better than my natural brows were. As far as Daina, herself, I went into my scheduled 3hr appt with my AirPods expecting to listen to my audiobook because I'm anxious and awkward and wasn't sure what the heck to do for this length of time without a phone to scroll through. I didn't even touch the headphones. She was such a joy to talk to and so easy to get along with. I genuinely enjoyed the entire appointment. It might seem like a small thing, but my energy has changed since getting my brows done by Daina. I'm dressing up a bit more. Smiling more. Want to take pictures of myself. I can't remember the last time I felt this way. Thank you so much!
