If you're going up the red stairs from the downstairs grocery store/entrance closest to the farmer's market, it'll be the first store on your left past the Kerrytown chime. 16 Hands is just an absolutely wonderful store, stocked to the brim with so many unique goodies and gifts. When I say unique, I mean unique - one of a kind! There are so many things here that I have genuinely never seen anywhere else, and I'm someone who naturally gravitates to tchotchke stores already and would like to think I have seen a vast selection already! There's always something new here each time I go, so I strongly recommend that everyone come and take a lap around this store to see what treasures are lying in wait to be discovered by you. Prices are reasonable and have a great range of options for all kinds of budgets. Highly recommend checking this shop, and frankly all the second floor Kerrytown shops out! 16 Hands is by far my favorite though!

They mostly have suits, pants, and blazers for men, but they do have a small selection of businessy clothes for women. They also have a sale section where items are marked down as far as 60%, which is where David found his white pinstriped suit. Our salesperson was very helpful. He told us that suit rules are made to be broken. If David wanted no cuffs with a pleated pant, that was absolutely fine. He also pinned David's jacket saying men usually wore their sleeves too long and made the suit look a lot better. They also have a comfy couch and fashion magazines in case you are waiting on someone.

If they were upfront and notified me about the incomplete order and the missing boxes and accessories, I would have obviously just cancelled the order and order from somewhere else but they shipped out the botched package anyways.
