We thought we were well-covered with USAA Roadside Assistance, but after multiple delays from their contracted vendor (Agero) and over 2 hours of waiting, we took the matter into our own hands and reached out to Doug at AA Tech. He was there within minutes, got our spare tire on and proceeded with finding and installing a new full-sized tire. He was both professional and personable. We were on our way home within an hour. I called Roadside 4 All, and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, replaced my alternator, and had me back on the road within about an hour. Because of his quick service, I was able to finish my work and make the drive home safely. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was mobile roadside service. Your job and services are not nearly that hard or excessive to be charging anyone that much. I'm sure all towing companies suck since they're all scams, but let this place be on top of the list.
