During my inspection, I pointed out several issues I was not willing to accept. I was clearly assured that all repairs would be completed, the vehicle would be fully detailed, and it would be delivered with a full tank of gas. Based on those assurances, I agreed to move forward. That's when things started to unravel. The due bill stated that nothing had been promised and that the vehicle was in perfect condition. I refused to sign it as written and had to push to get the agreed-upon items included. The finance representative told me to "just trust him," which was not acceptable. I ultimately had to write the terms in myself. Delivery was another issue. After delays and poor communication, I had to rearrange my schedule and have the car delivered to my workplace. I was told it would arrive early--yet it showed up late, and the vehicle was far from "spotless" as promised. There was still visible damage, and I ended up paying $150 out of pocket for a proper detail. It didn't stop there. I didn't receive my paperwork for over two weeks, and when they finally sent it, it was someone else's deal--including their full Social Security number. That alone raised serious concerns about how they handle sensitive information. As I reviewed everything, I discovered the vehicle had missed required maintenance--spark plugs should have been replaced at 35,000 miles, and I took delivery at 37,500. On top of that, the mileage on my DMV paperwork had the incorrect mileage on it, which made me feel like they were trying to pull something over on me and the vehicle had not even been smogged prior to sale, which is required in California. After multiple follow-ups, they agreed to correct the paperwork, complete the maintenance and smog the vehicle. I had to take additional time out of my schedule to bring the vehicle back to them. By February I still hadn't received my plates and I reached out. I was told that the smog was still not completed. I was told it was "urgent" that I go get the smog done myself. I could drive back down to Santa Monica and spend the day waiting again or I could pay for it out of pocket and submitted for reimbursement, which I am still waiting on 3 weeks later. I received my plates before I received the reimbursement that they were going to send out "Next Day". To this day, the process has been filled with delays, poor communication, and broken promises. For a luxury dealership, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. This is not my first luxury vehicle purchase, and I have never experienced anything like this. Maserati should seriously evaluate how this dealership operates, I would hate to have my brand name associated with this level of idiocy. At the very least, some form of restitution should be offered given the number of issues and the inconvenience caused. To be fair, throughout most of this process the staff was nice and friendly, which I know hasn't been everyone's experience based on other reviews. I do think that may be because I remained calm and professional despite the issues. However, once I finally expressed frustration, the tone noticeably shifted and became more curt. Buyers beware--get everything in writing and verify every detail before signing anything. Needless to say, I will not be servicing my vehicle at this dealership.

This was ABOVE AND BEYOND. Layal Hijazi took care of me, and she had all of that and then some. What really stood out to me was her ability to stop anything she was doing and listen to a concern I had, even as simple as the wheel style that I wanted to modify my special order. She answered every question promptly and once we decided to do a custom order as I needed xDrive which is a bit rare on the west coast, she continuously gave me updates on the status of my production, transport, and ETA of my new baby. When the day finally arrived for delivery, Layal truly made me feel special and I felt like an absolute VIP. My new car was washed flawlessly, and had a full tank of fuel waiting for me. Layal got me set up with the MyBMW app and answered any questions I had on iDrive 8.5 as well as offering the ability to follow up anytime if something came up. I LOVE the vehicle and loved the experience. As a matter of fact I only have had my car for a couple of days, and she has already given me a follow up call with a warm thank you and inquiry on how I'm LOVING my car. It's all the small touches that added up to a 100% flawless process. I also was very satisfied with the pricing and her ability to explain any questions I had with that end of things as well (also shout out to finance team, they have been also wonderful!) I would not hesitate to recommend Layal to ANYONE that is looking for a new BMW. Even if DTLA doesn't have it in their immediate (but extensive) inventory, I can assure you that she will find the car for you, just the way you want. Lastly, the dealership was beautiful, with a modern coffee area, clean and new amenities, and a super minimal wait for anything. What was supposed to be a great first time car buying experience for my brother has now turned…read morenothing short of a nightmare for us. Our salesman Jacob had been very helpful and believe he had done everything in his power to assist us to the best of his ability. Management had failed us.  We had visited the dealer on Sunday, 9/13. My brother was specifically interested in the X2 Courtesy Loaner. A deal was made, and during financing they advised since it was a Sunday, the detailers were not in. Bring it back the next day. We were the last ones at the dealer, after hours and was not able to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. We were advised by Jacob anything wrong with the vehicle they'll be able to take care of when we're return the following day. All that was done that night was a quick wash.  The following day after the supposed detail, we noticed a couple small chips, one on the hood and one in the trunk. This isn't a scratch, or an inconspicuous place. It's a chip in the paint down to the metal, right on the front of the hood. Exposed metal is prone to rust. Brandon was the rep who assisted us that Monday. Checking the vehicle after the detail, the job was done half assed. There were still coffee stains on the seat and cup holder, the headliner a dirty, the rims were filthy. Ran a finger across the rims and it wasn't even washed. This was supposed to be the 'detail'. Brandon advised he would get with Jacob regarding the chip. I followed up with Jacob but he was out. He said he'd speak with his manager when he returned on Wednesday. I received no update other than he was sacked to finally remove the vehicle from fleet status so we can finally register the vehicle. I had to call in and spoke to Danny Gomez. I explained to him the situation and he said he would take care of us, to make sure to leave a good review. My brother had left the dealer and no manager wanted to come out and speak with him. The only person available was Jacob. They did not address the chips, said there was nothing they can do. Why the hell were we told to come in just to be told they can't do anything? It takes an hour and 15 minutes without traffic to get to your dealer. We have now been there twice set purchasing the vehicle with no resolution. A simple fix has now turned into a nightmare. Sitting at the dealer on Sunday seeing people come and go, we were advised only one car was sold. We wondered why and now we know. Customer service is everything. Any dealership can make a deal, this isn't the first BMW or luxury car we've purchased. It's the follow up and level of care you get after the deal is done that makes a customer come back. And by lack of compassion and care, we definitely will not be coming back. I will make sure all review platforms including the review email from BMW, and BMW corporate know we were lied to and that we were baited and switched. We were told to take the car home, we left even if the vehicle was not inspected, because we were advised that anything wrong with the vehicle after we brought the car back for a detail, would be taken care of. Lastly, just to prove even further the lack of care and customer service from your dealer, not saying that this would've been  an acceptable solution for us, but even remotely showing an ounce a concern, we would've atleast have been offered touch up paint. The lack of customer service we received may be expected at a Kia or Hyundai dealer, but not from BMW. This is not how a first time car buying experience should have been, and this should not happen to any customers moving forward. We had wasted time and money from calling off work to go back to your dealer twice in which the problem should have been corrected the first time around. Problem to this day has yet to be corrected. Sent an email to management and received no response. All they care about is getting you to sign at the X and take the car off the lot. Good luck after that 0 Star Dealership!

Over the past two years, my vehicle has been back to the service department multiple times for persistent brake noise, electrical problems, battery failure, repeated no-start situations, and other issues. In total, the vehicle has spent more than 40 days in the service center. Most recently, I brought the vehicle in for a factory safety recall. After picking it up, I discovered that several buttons on the center console no longer have power and do not function. Before the recall, everything was working properly. Now I have to take the vehicle back again, wasting even more of my time. To make matters worse, Aston Martin does not provide a loaner vehicle, even when the car is in the shop for extended periods. I continue making lease payments on a vehicle I cannot use while also having to arrange alternative transportation. For a luxury vehicle in this price range, that level of customer support is simply unacceptable. What is even more frustrating is that after each service visit, Aston Martin sends an email asking for customer feedback, but the feedback link has never worked for me. It is difficult to understand why customers are asked to provide feedback when the link provided does not even allow them to do so. Having this vehicle has been far more stressful than enjoyable. I sincerely hope Aston Martin improves both its product quality and customer support. No customer investing this much in a vehicle should have to go through an ownership experience like this.
