About 30 mins. later I get a text from Good Sam's stating that a different tow service was on the way (Anic Auto Services). I called the 1st tow service and asked what happened, apparently their bid was too high and Good Sam's didn't want to pay which I wasn't happy about since I'm the one stuck on the side of the road waiting while they negotiate terms but that's another story. It turned out for the better. My first contact with Robert with Anic was as if he were a friend. Said he'd be there in 30mins & was so kind and understanding when I told him I had left and wouldn't be there when he arrived. I had specific instructions for where my truck needed to go since it was a busy industrial area and if any of the vehicles or roll up doors were blocked I would be towed away & he said he'd contact me once he was loaded up, which he did, and he stayed on the phone with me until he found the location. He placed the vehicle perfectly where I had asked and even sent me pictures to confirm. Who does that?? Robert does! I have referred him to the auto shop that repaired my truck and to others in my industrial complex. Anic is now my go to when I need a flat change or tow. They aren't big but they are BIG on service. I got a low oil warning…read moreindicator on our 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, so I made an appointment using their online system, which was a breeze. I was able to schedule it for the next morning, which is almost unheard of. I arrived as they opened the Service Dept., and was greeted by Anthony, my service associate. I explained the situation, and he had a good idea of what the issue probably was, which is exactly what it turned out to be, a leak in the front timing cover. Long story short, due to the age of the vehicle when we purchased it, we added an extended warranty which just paid for itself. This approximately $4,000 repair only cost us a $200 copay. Anthony was a straight shooter and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire service appointment and with the repair. For their customers, they have a carpeted waiting lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, and lots of pictures of historic Maserati and Alfa Romeo racing cars. There's a coffee station, and a mini fridge with bottled water. There's another area with some tables for eating or working, depending on how long you might be there. When my repair turned into something more than an oil change, they gave me a ride home, and offered to pick me up when the car was ready. Speaking of which, our Stelvio received a full wash and vacuum before I picked it up. We're really enjoying our Alfa Romeo, and this minor hiccup aside, it's been a problem free vehicle so far. I'd definitely recommend Maserati of Puente Hills, if you are looking to purchase a new or quality used vehicle or need service for either your Alfa Romeo or Maserati.

Juan was honest, transparent, and offered great advice throughout the process. Be prepared to set aside at least 3 hours for the service, especially on a Saturday, but they were upfront about the expected wait time from the beginning, so there were no surprises. The customer lounge could use some improvement, as there were no water bottles or snacks like you typically find at other dealerships. Also, while the advertised Service A price was around $180, there were additional parts fees that Juan disclosed to us beforehand. I agreed to them, bringing the total to about $250, which is still a great deal. I really appreciated Juan's transparency, professionalism, and willingness to give honest advice.

Was the only advisor for the day, but he seemed to smoothly handle all the customers for the day without nary a hint of stress. He answered all my questions for the 30k service and followed up to things he had to verify. He personally came to find me in the waiting area to provide further answers and updated me like 2 or 3 times during the visit. Wow, just the calm demeanor of this man put me at ease. What an awesome asset to a dealership service department. Even the lady that was around the showroom was so calming and gentle. Overall this dealership is just low key and lower stress environment. Not too big, but it has everything needed to operate smoothly and effectively. Even the music playing was enjoyable, lol! Lot of soft country music with some other music mixed in. I don't really listen to music much, but those soft country music was actually great! Actual singing and smooth beats, country music was quite addicting! Shoot, forgot to ask somebody if it was a radio station since I would listen to that. Work areas along the windows with power plugs and wifi worked smoothly. Got to do some work on my laptop, while sipping a coffee. Then moved over to my favorite seat in the house, those amazing 4 chairs now moved to the main waiting area. Went to get a second coffee but noticed there was even k cup green tea? Never had that before, so gave it a try. Surprised it was actually quite good! I may need to find some to have at home/office, lol. Snuggled into the comfy chair, it was easy to pass the time surfing and enjoying the soft music. I had my services with an unbelievable human being that went there extra mile ensure they battery service i requested was met advice and being expectations. Below is what i wrote for PRO TOWING ABOUT THE SERVICE... Excellent service most of the time; today, however, was extra special with a "battery-service" call through AAA. The service guy, SHARIF SAID was amazing. The requested service was not only fulfilled with great enthusiasm but with well-intended effort to ensure satisfaction of his personal service was experienced. It was a great joy and Ives me thrill to endorse SHARIF for active needing help. I tried to give him incentive / tip for his work and he would not take it. He immediately noticed as he tried to plug the jumper cable that the red/positive battery connector was the concern. It didn't cooperate when he tried to tighten it. He went beyond that and looked hot alternative solution outside the box to ensure it gets tighten and I'm able to take it for recommended replacement of said connector. I highly recommend SHARIF for anyone looking for service. Truly the value of the menders was met with great enthusiasm and care!!! Thank you SHARIF.

Checks - make sure you're writing the date the day of getting ur registration. Dont alter your checks and make sure you put the right amount. From what I was told... I cant alter my own checks and put a prior date on it either lol *beats me If you dnt have a check its okay bc u can pay your car registration is cash or credit card (no debit card & transaction fees included).
