The pho is very, very good...best in Worcester by far and it's not even close.

Food is always delicious, really well prepared, and they have specialty dishes. Also love doing takeouts. The owners are really nice too.

Good Vietnamese cuisine. We love the pho. But the ingredients seems inconsistent. Sometimes more sometimes less. We also like the spring rolls. They usually have banh mi sandwiches but recently they changed it to weekend only. read more

I have come here three times now. The food is amazing. I had been to their other place before, but this new place is much better. The first time, I had the #26- Pho Xe Lua and it was really delicious. I judge any Asian type of restaurant on their soups. If they aren't good, I don't go back. This Pho was the best of the bunch and I have had it at many places before. The second time I had the #38- Bun Bo Hue (Spicy beef stew- (see the picture that someone else posted of it)). This was very good also. I will definitely get it again. The last time (back on Monday) I had the #50- Com Tam 7 Mon. This was also very good. They also have a picture of this one. I usually get an appetizer to go with my dinner. The #13 and 14 rolls are delicious as is the #18A Soup Do Bien. I will be returning to this restaurant again in the future. The food is just fantastic. read more

Probably the best Vietnamese restaurant in Worcester so far. The pho is seasoned well, you can taste the herbs that goes into it. Im pretty sure they recently added fresher ingredients because i can now taste star anise in their broth. The sandwiches are delicious, and for the price its very worth it. That goes for most of the items on the menu, its a good value for what you're paying for. There's nothing else i can really say, it definitely meets the standard of a good pho place. read more

Got there at 835 on a Saturday and it was closed ... no thanks .... my bf was so excited to have me try this and he girl turned off the sign I front of us read more

I truly wanted to like this place more but the flavors for the eggrolls and pho dac biet were just not there tonight. As for the service, there was only one waitress the night I went. Service was ok but could've been better. read more

One of my favorite spots in Worcester. The pho is always good, rice plates are always delicious and the banh mi's are the best I have ever had (even compared to places in Boston) read more

Amazing!!! Food is delicious, there's a lot of meat in each plate, everything taste fresh and homemade, love the place, the service is nice, try the smoothies! Probably my favorite Vietnamese restaurant so far! We keep coming back for more!! read more

I was afraid to go in this place because it looked abandon. Boarded up windows and very dirty. I went before and I don't recall it being anything special and now I remember why. I can't say anything about the food - only the exterior. If it had been fabulous I'm sure I would have been back. In any case, You can enter at own risk and let me know how it goes. read more

Food is good but service has always been atrocious for me. I have been several times and not once has the server been attentive. The reason for the 2 stars is the service makes this place hard to go to, set aside time and have a lot of patience because your server will not refill your water or come back to check if the food was okay. Also have had to flag them down in order to pay, they are too busy on their phones. Maybe next time I will try take out. read more

The food is absolutely delicious! Their menu is large enough to have at least something for somebody. It can come off as "too much," but I believe with the different variety of options to choose from let's you explore the different flavors that Vietnamese food consist of. The service isn't the greatest, nor is it the worst. The waitress/waiter are not the most attentive or really excited... however if you're working, who would be excited? Even when it's empty(generally it is when I go there), the service is slow. I could be waiting there awhile for pretty much everything, which is understandable. But it strange when it's empty. However, the food is amazing so I don't mind it. read more

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Worcester hands down! Lots of options and they even have a dessert and sandwich bar! Waiter and waitress were super nice and welcoming. read more

This is my go to Vietnamese/Asian restaurant and has been for years. The food has always been good and the service is awesome! Their new place also provides traditional Vietnamese sandwiches and deserts that you really can't get anywhere else in the Worcester area. read more

We got pho here every weekend for the past 2 months. It's that good! Especially during the cold nights-- great comfort food. I'm surprised this place isn't packed on the weekends because it's truly a hidden gem! The food is delicious and authentic. I'm most fond of their limeade. They make it just how I like it. Not too sour, not too sweet. Just perfect. read more

I'm really happy with the quality of the food and the friendly service at this place. I'll definitely be here weekly. The fresh squeezed juices and the various milk teas are a nice treat once in a while. read more

Very inconsistent with their meals. And they won't accept any refunds or exchanges. & service is very bad when it's open. One day the pho is sweet, another day it won't be as sweet. Another time the broth will be a dark color and then the next day it'll be a light color. Sometimes when you order the banh mi, everything that's usually in it, will be in it. Other days 1-3 things will be missing to your sandwich. Or one random day, there was an added ingredient to the sandwich that was very bitter, and hard texture. It was in all 10 of the ordered sandwiches ($50 worth). When it was shown to the owner, she refused to give a refund and said "that's our special pork sandwich" and so I said well I never knew you had a "special" pork sandwich, I only ever ask for the pork sandwich and I get it all the time but for some reason, today, there was an added bitter food in it. None of my family was able to eat it. Overall, it would be great if there was consistency in their food and better service. read more

Great service and the pho here tastes better other Vietnamese restaurants in Worcester. Definitely coming back!

Love the chicken noodle soup here! I get it every time I go. The chicken wings were too greasy and the waitresses do not speak English very well. However, the pho is top-notch! We eat in and order to go from here a lot! The nut bar in the back is kind of weird? We usually just get water as I don't believe they have a liquor license. read more

THE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP IS DELICIOUS. Also try their fresh spring rolls. Very friendly, great prices.

Tuesday 1130 ordered the spring rolls which were awesome. We then decided on number 17 a soup which was a little salty but still yummy for a rainy damp day. Next up was number 40 a bun bo with steak, the steak was very fatty was not able to eat an entire piece. I had ordered the number 42 bun with pork and it was great will stick with that from now on. No silverware either lol read more

Just had my first experience here. The food is absolutely delicious. Me and my boyfriend had the beef teriyaki, chicken wings, pho and vermicelli. I wish I had room to eat more! read more

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Worcester. Get the pho, try the family dishes, eat the banh mi.

Pho broth was disappointing. Service was quick. It's Worcester, this will never be a first choice pho option for me.

Awesome restaurant with amazing service! Every time I go with friends we have a blast! Our food comes in little to no time and it's worth every penny. Prices are also extremely good! Best in the Woo! read more

Hi I am here to write a review of anh thu 2 Restaurant and their services. I was there with my family and in total we have 10 people including kids. The total bill was $114. I am practically disappointed in my order which was Mi Vit Tiem. To be quite honest I wasn't sure what this dish is supposed to taste like, because I don't typically eat this dish. It came out with a duck leg on top of it which looks very appealing, and I was so excited to try this dish. Upon eating the first bite of the duck, it was really cold. I thought to myself this is how this dish is supposed to be like? So I asked my sister-in-law and she said no it's supposed to be hot and steamy. So I asked the staff to address this issue, and they brought the dish back to the kitchen. After a little bit, they brought out the dish again. It was definitely hot and steamy. But my issue is not about the cold duck noodle soups but with services that the restaurant provide. There was no apologies, there was no management that came out to up address the issue with me. Of course I'm not the person who would complain outwardly in front of everyone because I did not want to ruin my family's mood. They did not have any issues with the dishes so I held it in. But I'm here to tell the restaurant that they have lost a good customer. While I do not think that this is the waiter or waitress' fault, I feel like management should've stepped in. I will also share this experience with my family and they will decide to go there again or not. I am Vietnamese, but I was raised here. I work in the people business so I know what good customer service is like. I will always like Vietnamese food, but for most Vietnamese restaurants, the services really needs improvement. I would like to continue supporting the Vietnamese restaurants however with services like today, it's hard for me to continue to do so. I hope that anh thu Restaurant will take this review into consideration and really change the way you approach certain issues. Thank you, read more

The food here is excellent! I always order spring rolls and pho and was never disappointed.

My son has eaten at this restaurant for 10 years. Today we ordered spring rolls & got something else that was closer to summer rolls. My son has a food alligey to shell fish and shrimp like his father . We went to return the food they refused to give our money back or make it right & then said we had to pay more if we wanted something else. Isn't that stealing? What we were given want even close to normal spring rolls I mean normally when you order they ask if you have an allergy or if you want crispy or not 90% of restaurants will ask you this but they just had an assumption not only did they only replace half the order after I told them this is my son's birthday they had a discrepancy about this even though they had major health code violations which I've never seen before someone was picking their feet while sitting at the bar I don't know if they were serving people because you're not allowed behind the register unless you're a server or maybe you're someone cooking food or what but it was completely unprofessional like I said I've never had a problem with them in the past and their Foods always been great but until today i don't even know what to say I've never had a restaurant mess up in order and not try to make it right and then try to blame a virus about it when I didn't even touch the food let alone not ask about an allergy ahead of time. We've been paying customers for a long time and for us to have this amount of disrespect is very disappointing. read more

There is a reason why on a Saturday night -Dinner time and resturant is barely any customer. There was only 2 table including mine. The weather was in the 90s outside. Inside the resturant is about 80s. The waiter came with water barely any ice in it. We ordered Bun Bo Hue and Banh Canh. The waiter was nice enough to offered us ice tea. Which never came by the way. By the time food came, our glasses of water with no ice were at their last drop. I put both glasses toward the end of the table yet no one noticed, hot day, and no water refill. I can't even get anyone's attention because they were too busy talking at the back of the resturant. No one check on us to see if we needed anything or if we were happy with the food. Let me remind you again, there no customer except for 2 tables through the whole resturant. Bun Bo Hue is lack of Blood Pudding (coagulated) and cha hue, not spicy enough, not enough lemon grass. I've never had Bun Bo Hue served with Chive (he.). This place does it. As for Banh Canh (Udon Noodle) , it gave my friend diarrhea, stomach ache for the next 2 hours. Lack of business, lack of service, I can smell new owner coming soon! After so many hand changed in this resturant, you'd think they try to do better. read more

Best pho I've had. Loaded with tender meat and noodles!!! Coconut fruit shake so good!

I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants here in Worcester and in Boston, and I would have to say that this restaurant is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Everything that I have tried (Bun Rieu, Pho, Bun Thap Cam & more) has been so so so good. I always come back for more! Especially for the Bun Rieu. Definitely recommend to everyone and definitely will come back :) ! read more

I had modest expectations of this restaurant. The dining area appeared clean and our waiter quickly took our order. Unfortunately, my colleague and I both received the wrong dish despite clearly indicating what we wanted. What we got was tasteless, nondescript mystery meats. The "tendon" was supposedly replaced with a chunky, fat block of ooze, yellow in color and worthless to our palettes. Even the broth tasted generic. We sat for about half an hour after finishing the food we were served before one of us walked to the bar to request the check. There were only two other tables occupied and the server did not return once during the hour or so after bringing the food. Forget refills. It's a shame they couldn't have done better. read more

Visited for lunch a few times. Easy "order by number" menu. Friendly service. Food has been great every visit. I order a different dish every time. Great quality and nice presentation. Not a high end restaurant but the food makes you feel it is. Prices are great and you won't walk away hungry. read more

The Bun Bo Hue tastes like home, prices are right, and is probably the best place to get Vietnamese(South East Asian) food around. Hands down. read more
