I've found my go to pho place in Worcester. Being Vietnamese, I find myself to be pretty picky when it comes to my pho. But Anh Thu 2 delivered and then some. I ordered the pho dac biet and they did not skimp on the meat at all! It was enough to cover half my bowl but what really stood out was the broth. It was the richest & fattiest broth I've ever had at a restaurant before. It tasted homemade! That being said the service could have been improved TLDR Thbroth is dank read more

Wow, I've never had a banh mi or a pho this good anywhere else! Just for these alone, I would come here again. Nothing I've had in Boston or New York comes close. If I had to pick one con- the cabbage salad was perhaps not my favorite (they use lettuce here instead of cabbage, so it's less hardy and more watery). read more

This is my go to Worcester spot for pho. The broth is rich and flavorful. They are generous with the toppings and service was fast. The spring rolls are always fresh and the peanut sauce has just the right balance of sweet and savory. I knocked off one star for the broken ice machine and wires hanging from the cieling. read more

If you don't know how to make something, don't sell it. Asked about Che options and was told Che Thai was one. The worker added popping boba and various boba jellies instead of the typical jellies right next to them .. Super disappointed and upset. I wasn't expecting fresh fruits or anything but at least the correct jellies ... read more

Once again, the best pho in Worcester ! Also the bahn mi is very good. They make them to order with fresh ingredients right in front of you.

Yup. We found our neighborhood spot. We walked in less than an hour before closing. The only people at the tables were Vietnamese patrons of different ages. That's a good sign! When groups of young adults are eating at an ethnic restaurant, it's usually because it's good, not because they feel obligated to patronize a family member or friend. But the smell of awesomeness hit us as soon as we stepped in the door. Not sure what previous reviewers are belly-aching about with the outside appearance, or the decor. Shut up and eat! The place is clean, the food is clean. It is not run down, at all! We ordered the Vietnamese rolls with shrimp, rice, basil, and vermicelli. It was delicious and the peanut sauce was great. I personally liked all the sauces on the table as well. My husband had a beef stir fry with different cuts of beef in it. The first bite was proof that they know what they are doing. You could taste how they cooked it in a wok! I had the pho with crispy noodles and chicken stock on the side. Filled with seafood and pork. I personally love their use of basil and cilantro. If you don't like one of those, ask to leave it off the food. We shared a strawberry fruit shake. I can't wait to return and try a watermelon fruit shake. Nice service. The woman cooking came out from the kitchen several times to interact with customers. She clearly cares about her food. One positive observation. When we eat Asian food, I usually bloat and swell up from sodium. I did not get that from my meal at Anh Thu. So, they rely on the good flavor of good ingredients without drowning it in salt or sauce. I must return and try the bahn mi! And, they have Cafe Du Monde coffee! Wow! read more

Hands down the best Vietnamese food in Worcester. I've tried them all. You can get your pho here.. the broth is really good and you will not be disappointed. Try the chicken wings Their fried tofu is really good as well. read more

Came back to try foods at this place because the food isn't bad. I was hoping the service have improved. Waitress still not talking or asking us what we wan when we sat down. Other table have water but we didn't until the meal was over and we finally found another waitress to ask for it. The service overall is slow. Com Tam 7 Mon is good as always but this special dish for the day (bún cha ca) is not good and rather sweet for the soup base. read more

lol this is the viet food place I go to the most in Worcester, I think food wise they are okay, obviously Dorchester is better w viet food. Their pricing is honestly high, but the other viet places are around the same price so I might as well come here. ~my last memory coming here was buying 2 mini banh Mis for $10. Whereas in Dorchester I get 2 stuffed decent sized banh mis for $9....................... I know youre thinking ok... cheap ho3... barely a difference, but no you gotta look at the size and the quality of the content of the banh mi can't keep getting played out here read more

Wow! This cute spot is not too far from me and I've always wanted to try it out. The reviews don't lie! We ordered chicken fried rice, veggie spring rolls and spicy fried chicken wings and everything was full of flavor! The rice looked a bit plain but with one bite I was hooked. Very tasty and large portion where we had leftovers (which heated up well the next day!). The fried chicken wings were the perfect amount of spice. The spring rolls were yummy as well and very fresh. They were kind when we walked in to pickup and accepted cash and cards. To my knowledge, they are not on any of the delivery apps and do not provide delivery service- which is a bummer- but worth the drive. I would have given 5 stars but the lack of a website was hard to find an updated menu to really check out all the offerings. We parked on the street but it's not busy in the area so very easy! I'll be back! read more

4.4111 Stars It's nice wide open room with large and small table, not crowded at all. There are seats at the bar nut the stools are a bit sketchy. You can only get shakes and boba; no alcohol. I had the Bun Bo Hue which was better than average, say 3.7/5. The Goi Cuon were fresh and delicious, 4/5. Grill Shrimp with bun was simple but satisfying, 3.8/5. The Teriyaki beef sticks were closer to a satay with peanuts and scallions, but it came with the sweet sauce so I just used the sauce from the goi cuon. * parking, yep lot on the side, limited spots on a busy street * service is a little slow but friendly * the bbh came with chili paste, which I prefer. read more

Great Pho . I ordered two different seafood pho dishes for take out and both were delicious and plentiful. I also ordered pad Thai which was good too . Very good value . I've eaten there on and off for many years . I believe they are BYOB as well for eat in meals . It's a good location with easy parking and spacious restaurant. read more

This is the go to spot for my boyfriend and I whenever we want pho. There's seems to be quite a few places that popped up recently exclusively catering to the pho craze but this place has been around for a bit. The service is always friendly and pretty efficient. We always order the extra large bowl of pho so I can being home leftovers. The pho is here is delicious. The prices are pretty great too. The extra large bowl runs around 8.95 and that's not too bad. We also have ordered the spring rolls here a few times and those have always been delicious and fresh as well. This is a great little restaurant if you're craving Vietnamese. read more

Been going here a lot more, my family continues to go almost every Sunday. We are definitely regulars. It's been consistently very good, so well deserving of 5 stars. Do wish they didn't run out if banh mi stuff often, but that's probably causing they're the best place to get Vietnamese banh mi, can't blame em! read more

This is seriously my go to spot when I visit from Connecticut. Get their banh mi because it's always made fresh! Fresh & flavorful meats & veggies. Definitely better than 100x of any chain competitor! The bead is perfectly soft and crispy! The ratio of every bite is perfect. The amount of mayo and pate is the winning combo! read more

Come here all the time with family, good food, good service, and amazing bami sandwich

Spring roll was good. Pho' broth seemed as if made from the oldest, greasiest dish towel they could find. Shriveled up old sponge-like-something I think was supposed to be the "rare" beef. Wonton noodles; (I don't really know what that was) seemed straight out of the garbage! Fried rice was a boatload of grease. Service was selective. Parking is difficult. Will not return to this place. Yuck! read more

Why are Asian restaurants always short of staffing? Or is it just my luck? They literally had two people working. I was very disappointed in their Bún Bò Hu. The meat was chewy and the noodles were thin (not the typical BBH noodles) & it had a strange sour smell. Broth was okay, not amazing like the other places I've been. I do recommend the Mì Khô Đc Bit (special stir fried noodles w/seafood). Very flavorful and delicious. read more

Got some sandwiches today and they were complete trash. Basically zero grilled pork some carrot sticks and about 4 tablespoons of spoiled mayo per sandwich. I have gotten sandwiches from them before. 30 bucks for 4 mayo carrot sandwiches read more

Everything about this place is amazing - Except the evening we went, the nightclub below us was pounding music and everything was shaking. The food was really good though. I think if it's night time, I'd still go down the road to Dalat, but any other time, this is probably my go to. read more

Wonderful food! The pho, the pork bahn mi (sp?), pad thai and spring rolls were all excellent. I'd take a photo but it's all gone :-) The restaurant itself is simple - one large room with lots of windows and rows of tables. Beautiful linens under glass, comfy chairs, great service. And I don't know much about the authenticity of the food, but we were the only non-Asians for lunch on a Sunday. read more

Food is pretty good and service is usually decent, but shouldn't be what you come for. My only gripes are when I order takeout (newborn at home) I always ask and pay for extra noodles for my pho but rarely get it AND if I order after 5 there's a chance my phone call won't be picked up or my call will get answered then hung up on, despite hours saying they close at 9PM read more

Always our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Worcester. Best dishes are BBH, Com Tam 7 mau, com ga Chien, Banh Hoi Dat Biet.

Another solid Worcester Vietnamese restaurant. Anh Thu sets itself apart by having a Banh Mi bar, which I'm pretty sure is the only one in Worcester. The food is good, but doesn't really rise above the competition, which is fine because Vietnamese restaurants around here tend to be pretty good. One other notable attribute is the size of the large pho. Its only $10, my wife and I split it, and we still didn't finish it. They don't skimp on the meat and you get what feels like a gallon of pho. My biggest and I guess only real complaint is that the broth was too sweet, but that's easily fixed with the sauce options on the table. read more

I found this place for Pho, but it is so much more. Reasonable prices, really good food. The service is slow, but everyone is very pleasant.

I love this place. I have been twice so far and both times I have been VERY pleased. I got the beef lemongrass. I ask for it to be spicy because I love the heat but you can get it regularly and its sweet and I still love it that way as well. I also have had the pad thai.... it is THE best pad thai in Worcester!! Also got the clay pot fish and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. I did get some bones in the fish but I guess its normal to keep the bones in the fish for this type of cooking. My boyfriend had the pho... two types and he enjoyed both. Next time he is going to get a spicy and I will let you know how that turned out. Also, they have $5 sandwiches that are really great!! But I think they stop making those by 5 or 6.. DO NOT QUOTE ME. If you are from Worcester and remember Bamboo Hut -- this place has the same flavors as Bamboo Hut in my opinion and is DEFINITELY worth a try. read more

This restaurant is so much nicer looking than their first, which was a pleasant surprise. A brand new restaurant, they just opened less that two months ago. Nice mural on the wall. I had limeade, goi cuon, and the special bun with steak, ham cake, shrimp cake, tripe, etc. The rolls were tasty, and then bun was really good until I took a bite of the ham cake. It tasted very strange, like soap or chemicals, and made my stomach hurt for a while afterward. I didn't kept eating it. Overall, I would go back again. Wouldn't get the ham, I guess? I want to try their pho! I always preferred this restaurant to, say, Pho Dakao, but the dining room was so dismal at the other restaurant that I'd only go for lunch or get take out. The menu looked really good, so I'll stop in again! read more

I ordered number 83 Caramelized Pork and it's absolutely a false representation of the real Vietnamese caramelized pork. The meat was sugary sweet like candy, they didn't "caramelize" the sugar but rather dumped sh*t load of sugar onto the pork then served it, the color of the meat was white instead of brown (how it should be if it was authentic). The Pho is definitely instant Pho spice powder and there's no bone broth in there. Brisket was dried and mushy like cardboard soak in water. Ordered take out 30 minutes prior to arriving and still waited 20 more minutes as the servers and chefs were busy watching a soccer match ignoring the only customer in the whole place, letting me stand there waiting for them. The old Anh Thu restaurant was a billion times better in every aspect, I'm disappointed to see the same name but much poorer management and taste. This is no way a true Vietnamese restaurant. read more

Great broth in the pho! Really like their wonton soup. The wontons are delicious and taste fresh. Only place in Worcester I could find fresh bahn mi. The Vietnamese iced coffee is really good too. Not a big fan of their milk teas. read more

Best Pho in Worcester Ma. I travel a lot for my job and stop at many different places, by far this is my favorite.

I moved here from Florida and was on the hunt for fresh, delicious pho and I have found it in Anh Thu!
