Food was good. Service was friendly. Place was clean. However if you are planning to eat at the restaurant please note they do not turn up the A/C. It was hot sitting inside and eating spicy chicken. Would I come again..yes but maybe take it back to go. We ordered a slider and a combo both spice level to hit. It was good and if gets too spicy they have honey to put on your chicken which made the flavor so good and it also brought down the spice level.

Well, well, well, another chicken shop opens up. Seems like the last year there's been more chicken places opening up than anything else but thank God I love chicken. My wife and I stopped in for the first time and tried the chicken and it is very very good. The macaroni and cheese was great and the sauce they served with the chicken was very good as well. The seasoning they put on their chicken is different from everything else we've had and it was a very good change of pace but beware the medium is very hot. So give this place a try and I'm sure that you'll give us a five star as well.

The croissants were complimentary, but even then, they were dry and underwhelming. I honestly would've preferred some warm cheddar-baked biscuits with little bits of cheddar throughout, brushed with a little honey butter. Now THAT would've been something! The ambiance didn't impress me either. The one bright spot was our waiter--he was absolutely awesome, attentive, friendly, and gave excellent service. Great waiter, but unfortunately the food and overall experience missed the mark for me.

Once upon a time, KFC was king. Slowly though, they apparently decided that success was boring so they started changing things up and the result was inevitable. They got so bad now they apparently pride themselves on turning out grease laden lumps of mystery meat. But then then we discovered Popeyes. The angels sang from the heavens! Saved! Alas, it wasn't meant to be. Apparently their chefs felt that salt and seasonings just got too darn expensive so they decided to remove them entirely from their classic recipe. They went from light, crispy, glorious pieces of golden fried goodness to bland, tasteless pieces of cardboard. I literally mean tasteless - as in no taste. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Their food actually gains flavor now by peeling the skin OFF the chicken. I'll never understand why corporations feel the need to screw up something that is perfect. In any case, after our last 2 bland tasteless (and not inexpensive) experiences, we'll be moving on. 2 formerly excellent chicken outlets relegated to has-beens in the fast food world. And for what food costs these days, going back for more cardboard chicken is just plain stupid. Our search for decent fried chicken continues... Bye bye KFC, bye bye Popeyes. You guys both had winning food and you just plain screwed it up. No pun intended, Popeyes.

The pictures truly don't do the food justice -- the flavors, portions, and presentation were even better in person. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with screens throughout the entire space, making it a perfect spot to catch a game or enjoy a sports event with friends and family. What really stood out, though, wasn't just the food or the atmosphere -- it was the incredible customer service. Even though the restaurant was completely packed, the staff made us feel like we were their only table. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently checked in on us throughout our visit. When the manager found out it was our first time there, he personally came over to welcome us, gave us coupons for a future visit, and made sure we felt appreciated. That extra touch truly made an impression. It's rare to find a busy restaurant where the team still takes the time to make every guest feel valued, and Bubba's 33 absolutely delivered. The customer service was top-notch and really set this experience apart. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. The dining room is very spacious with many TVs and a pool table in the corner. While the food was "fine," the Happy Hour was actually solid if only typical. We also ordered some Happy Hour waffle fries and cauliflower "wings," which were over-fried, but the 14" honey hot pepperoni pizza was solid and made up for the appetizers. At the end of the day, the breakaway was a nice change from our typical rotation of places we visit. Did it break into the regular rotation? I love supporting local businesses but I dont think this place will stay open long if they don't make changes. The first time the server was nowhere to be found for almost 30 minutes. After we finally ordered we barely saw them the rest of the night. The second time, the hostess was very rude and didn't say one word during our entire interaction which was weird and off-putting. She brought us waters and slammed them on the table and stormed off. The other servers were dressed very unprofessionally. One was wearing huge baggy pants and had dirty unwashed hair. Our server was not very attentive. We ordered one of the only beers they had and were told it wasnt cold. We ordered ranch and they brought us out what was essentially a container of mayonnaise. I mentioned it to the server and she said she didn't like it either and that its always different. It's not that difficult to make ranch or notice how bad it is and fix it. There doesn't seem to be training or management very involved in caring about or implementing quality at this restaurant

Now I have the time since I won't be able to eat the rest of my food. I ordered over the phone and was told the food would take 15 minutes. I ordered 5 pieces of the Fish Fry and double fries and my girlfriend got the Hatch Chili Burger and upgraded to Sweet Potato fries for $2+ dollars. I live 2 minutes away down the street. I left 20 minutes after my order was made. When I get there I tell the cashier I have a to-go order and he has me pay. After I finish paying, he walks away without saying a word to me and starts sweeping the floor. I just wait and we make eye contact multiple times and he doesn't say anything. I assumed my food was ready because it had already been 25 minutes since I ordered. I realized maybe it's not ready, my mistake, I sit down in the table near the counter. He's watching me sit down and the literal exact moment I sit down he yells out that my order is ready. And when I get up to go get it, that's when he starts putting it in the bag. He doesn't go to the kitchen or anything so I don't know if my order was just sitting there this whole time and he was just waiting for me to sit down for some reason? I'm in no rush so I don't care its been 35 minutes at this point so I give him the benefit of the doubt still, and move on. Stacks the tartar sauce as he's trying to put everything in the bag and the stack falls over and a sauce falls on the floor. He looks at me and looks at the floor then he looks around the sauce drawer and puts another 3rd sauce which I assumed was another tartar sauce. It ended up being ranch. I wouldn't have cared if he just told me that he was out of tartar sauce but I guess trying to deceive me with ranch is a better option. At this point I would've still given a 4 STAR or even 5 STAR review if the food held up because it's a local business and I don't want some weird bald guy deter people from good food. After my 2 minute drive home we opened our containers that held extremely soggy and half cold sweet potato fries. I ordered double fries with my fish so my pile of fries were double soggy and partly cold too. I ate 2 pieces of Fish Fry and they were alright. I would've ordered them again and I was excited because I had a huge piece of fish fry I was going to have next. However I realized it was 2 pieces of fish fry stuck together causing the stuck sides to be soggy and have semi uncooked breading. The biggest piece I was excited for was the biggest disappointment. The only saving grace was the Hatch Chili Burger. The beef patties were soft and cooked well, unlike the last 3 pieces of fish fry. We spent $40 dollars on the entire thing. And we only ate the burger and 2 fish from the meals. Super convenient location for food that I will be completely avoiding in the future. TLDR: Bad service if bald guy is there. Was told 15 minutes but food took around 30-35 minutes. Let's you guess if your food is ready or not after he has you pay. Waits for you to sit down to tell you it's ready when it was possibly just sitting infront of him. Drops tartar sauce and tries to sneak ranch instead of just telling me that he can't/doesn't wanna replace it. Get home, half of order is soggy&cold. ALL fries including upcharged fries were soggy. Only Hatch Chili Burger was good. SPENT $40 and it was 2 meals that were less than mediocre overall. Normally I can ignore most bad service/attitudes but this dude sucked and doesn't like to communicate with customers. Below are photos of what I thought was a "big piece" of fish fry flipped around and then after I separate the two pieces.
