It had that perfect balance of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, which is harder to get right than it sounds. The toppings were solid, but honestly the crust is what makes this place special. You can tell they put real effort into the basics, and it pays off. It's not often I give out a full five stars, but this place earned it. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the mood for a really well-made pizza.

The interior is sort of like a garage turn restaurant so it's a little dark but nothing horrible. Our server was in top of it and everything was served quickly. The pizza was great. Definitely will keep it in mind when back in the area.

When they opened a location in Hilliard, closer to my home, I couldn't be more excited. Since they've opened the Hilliard store, I've ordered 4-5 times. It probably would be more, but not once have I had a perfect experience. The pizza is still good but the restaurant management is abysmal. Just recently I had a bad enough experience that I may never order again. Saturday night. I order two one topping pizzas. I know the place has been understaffed and running slow, so I wasn't exactly surprised that I waited 1.5 hours for my delivery order, but it still kind of sucked since the Slice app estimated the order available 40 minutes earlier. The unforgivable problem is that when the order arrived it only contained one pizza and the one they delivered was 1/2 burnt and inedible. No self respecting person should have ever served that pizza and definitely shouldn't have shipped out just one pie. I called Slice and they took care of the issue, but ended up refunding only the food cost and none of the service or delivery fees. I understand somewhat that Slice isn't at fault but I ended up paying $13 for a 1/2 burnt pizza and that is unacceptable.

The bartender was quick to give us menus then she didappeared. I know she was the one to bring pizzas from the kitchen out for pickup but I would have liked a little more attention. My husband finally asked her, while she was washing glasses down from us, if their mushrooms were fresh or canned (they are canned which I prefer.) But that question prompted her to ask if we were ready to order? Um yes. Our menus have been closed and our drinks are half gone. We are politely waiting for you. When the pizza arrived it looked fantastic but the crust was chewey and just off. The topping were fantastic we loved the sauce, pepperoni and canned mushrooms. I couldnt put my finger on what was wrong with the crust. It looked golden brown on the bottom but it was just off. My husband ate it and was happy. I was the only one questioning the crust. I think she checked on us once in passing. I know I asked for a refill for my empty glass of water. I set my credit card in front of me, pretty close to me ,- not pushed toward the bar tender. My goal was to signal "check please". She reached over and took the card without saying a word and ran it. Thankfully she gave us the bill with the slip to sign. We were billed correctly. I Signed the slip and we finally left to fix our plumbing issue at home.
