The installation process went smoothly and on schedule with excellent communication throughout the process.

I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. Our roof is beautiful and will hopefully last many many years to come. I am thankful we went with Apollo Roofing and Happy Shahar was our project manager.

The quote was so reasonable that despite the great first interaction, I was wondering how they could offer it, but other reviewers are right - this is an efficient and high value team that doesn't cut corners. The crew was professional, clean, and timely. The work was thoughtful and careful: a flatter area was sloped up to avoid issues. Also, I would recommend Roof Express for re-roofing even if installing solar panels - they were excellent about coordinating with the solar company to put in mounts while the old roof was off before the new roof went on. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and colleagues.

I got quotes from 4 and found out quickly how much of a pain it is to look for a contractor (one tried to upcharge me and I was pretty distrustful over roofing companies after that). Fabian came super quick for a quote; offered a pretty fair price that included the scope of work; got the job done quickly; and was responsive before, during, and after the process. They finished fixing the roof in about 2 days actually (one day for the roof, one for the gutters) just in time for the nonstop rain this time around. He added vents so that the roof would circulate air a little better, fixed up the shingles, and added gutters so that we addressed all the possible ways the roof could've caused the leak. I will say in between the process since I'm super particular he answered any questions on building requirements needed, difference between materials, and general concerns. For example, the intake vents that initially were replaced looked wonky, or had stickers left over and he got his guys to replace it correctly and clean it/fix it. I noticed one of the gutters wasn't draining during the light rain and he had a guy check it out the same day-- fixed it the next. So the job close to perfect, but of course checking the work helps. So far no leaks (it's only been day 3 of the crazy rain this week) and the new gutters are draining great. They've been in business for years now and are local; if you're looking to deal with a pretty honest roofing company with no hassle, I'd reach out to them for a quote in a heartbeat.

Carlos and his foreman Ricardo did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and efficiently, but also made sure to clean up all the debris that fell off the roof multiple times throughout the week, including from our neighbor's yard. During the project, Carlos was here multiple days walking through the progress with me, answering any questions, and touching up any small things I found. They even replaced our super old mesh screen behind our attic ventilation to ensure that it kept out any unwanted bugs or rodents from our attic. Carlos and team finished the entire re-roofing within about a week, and we got our city approval on the following day. I'm also really impressed with the multi-decade warranty that ELM provides for its customers, both through itself and through the manufacturers of its products. Highly recommend ELM and especially Carlos and Ricardo - they were fantastic to work with.

Rodrigo walked through all the details with me in the first visit, before giving me any quotes. He spent 2 hours in examining all possible corner situations and explained to me how the team would approach them. And this includes coordination with a different team - TSP Solar - for solar un-installation and re-installation. 2. Rodrigo gave me a detailed quote with price on each item. 3. He also provided free labor services for replacing 2 skylights, adding vents on the ridge, and replacing damaged planks. 4. During the project, our project manager Pedro is very responsive and responsible, and comes to site every day, explained to me about the progress and plans, and always stay in sync with Rodrigo for details that Rodrigo and i have agreed upon previously. 5. The team did a great roofing job, a lot of attention to details such as waterproofing shingles. They went the extra mile to paint the shingles to match the wall. Overall great service and experience. Highly recommending this company.

During the teardown, we discovered that one of the walls hadn't been properly constructed originally. Cesar caught the issue immediately, and all the leaks are now completely resolved. They also uncovered some unexpected wood rot during the process, but instead of massive upcharges, Cesar gave me a very fair and reasonable rate to handle the repairs properly. As part of the project, they installed sound-absorbing insulation under the new siding. The difference is night and day--the house is much quieter now, completely weatherproofed, and the exterior looks gorgeous. Cesar is honest, highly skilled, hardworking, and possesses excellent communication skills. His team showed up, stayed on the job, and finished the entire project remarkably fast. He also handled day-to-day job logistics with total professionalism and ease. I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I've already referred them to family members for their own siding and roofing needs. I would not hesitate to hire Cesar and his team again. They were incredibly thorough. They ran multiple flood tests and found nothing wrong with the roof itself. Follow-up spray tests traced the leak to where the roof meets the siding. The siding had been replaced by a different contractor after the roof went in, and that connection wasn't done the way the roofers had recommended, yet they still ended up replacing almost the entire roof under warranty. I honestly can't think of many roofers who would do that. Most would have pointed to the siding and moved on. They worked closely with a siding contractor I brought in to fix it, and the two of them problem-solved together really well until the issue was fully resolved. These guys do great work, show up on time, and keep showing up until the job is done. I couldn't recommend them more, and I'll be using them for all future roofing work in the city.

The previous roofers did a lousy job and when my roof got clogged and flooded, it was just the side near the window that was leaking and caused all the water damage in the bathroom and in the garage. Brian said he could just fix it without having to redo the roof and my impression of him was that he was down to earth honest. He fixed the problem and without a lot of cost involved.
