Left hand

Horrible experience. Came here for removal of a gel x set after breaking one of my natural nails (pinky on my left hand - my fault). The removal process consisted of them continually soaking my nails in things, aggressively filing the top of my nails to get the gel x off, and then soaking again. It was over an hour and fifteen minutes of this. The buffing and filing was so aggressive that at one point they cut my index finger with the file (picture included). The tools used were not cleaned or sanitized and the file on the electric drill was visibly old and dirty. After about an hour of the soak/buff/wait process, two young women walked in for pedicures. At this point, I was ignored until the phone rang and someone had a spare few minutes to buff out my nails again. I was asked if I would like my natural nails to be shaped and, even though I repeatedly said no, they shaped them anyway. They did not ask what shape I wanted them in and seemed to settle on each nail being its own take on "vague squoval." My natural nails have never been in such a bad state. There are STILL pieces of the original gel x nails that weren't fully removed and parts of my nails are now so thin that they are sensitive to touch. I will not be returning.

The nails are two different colors

I've been here before and I was happy but I'm currently going through so much and I've been so stressed so I was going to spoil myself by getting my nails done and I ended up leaving unhappy He messed up my nails and then when I asked them to fix it they gave me attitude and when they re did my nails I noticed they are two different colors so I paid $100 for messed up nails Oh he also had to fix them 3 times After the third time I was just done Edit: one nail popped off after a week!

This place was really lovely and they were super attentive. On service I would give this 5 stars but unfortunately every single one of my gel nails AND my toes chipped the literal next day. I didn't even get 24 hours. I'm sorry but that's just insane. I went in to have them fixed and then again the next day they all chipped. At that point it's really a very time consuming waste of money. They must be watering down their polish. Also the paint on my toenails was really awful. Uneven and crooked. Unless you want to have to go to someone else to fix it, avoid this place.

I walked in and left loving my nails-no wait. I broke one yesterday and they offered to put on a tip for free until it grew to the same length. Johnny recommended the dip and I'm SO glad I did it. I got a fun look in a glitter color I wasn't otherwise finding with gel. I'll definitely be back!

I love my nails! I've received so many compliments after getting them done. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When I first came in, I was planning on getting a full acrylic set--however they advised me to get the dip powder because it would be better for my nails (and I'm so happy I did)! They also give you a discount for the first time trying their dip powder, which is nice. Jony did my nail design. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he copied it exactly! The pictures are taken almost a week after getting them done, and they still look perfect! Can't wait to go back again!

I've been coming here for over a year now and I absolutely love Vinny, Jony and their staff members. They always give me exactly what i want they are SUPER friendly , I've never had any issues with them and the work they do is 10/10 and if something ever happened with one of my nails for instance a chip or a break they always offer to repair it even if it was my fault. I'm attaching some of the sets I've gotten from them . I would 1000000000% recommend going to them for the perfect nails

By far the best manicure and pedicure from Natick to Boston. Angie is meticulous and knows her polish colors. Love this place.

How much is a full set of acrylics?

We paid $68 for a standard set the other day.

How much is a regular gel manicure? And how much is nail art?

Never have I gotten a gel manicure for $25... I promptly lowered my expectations, but was…read morepleasantly surprised when Amy took her time and made sure to get my nails perfect. She worked on my cuticles for probably 15 minutes, including using a remover, pushing them back, cutting them, using an oil, etc... She buffed and filed my nails well and made sure that my polish was extra dry before applying lotion. Thanks Amy for an awesome, inexpensive manicure! (Tips are cash only, but they take cards!)

I booked a $50 acrylic full set and a $20 acrylic removal…read more The removal consisted of the tech using an extra tip to pry every nail off. They were older, 2 were mostly gone, and some were ready to come off easily, but they were all removed the same quick and cheap way in under a minute despite paying $20 for a service that would protect my natural nails more I was a little dissapointed/put off, but had a date the next day and went ahead because I wanted my nails done for it She glued tips on before fully removing what was left of my last set, which I thought was odd, but when I asked she assured me she would drill it off after the new tips were attached My biggest concern was/is this though: Her application of the acrylic bead was very liquidy, (after application she put my bare acrylics under a nail lamp for no reason, acrylic air dries) and any sort of apex she formed was e-filed away. My thumbnail, specifically, was efiled to the point of mild pain in my nail bed THROUGH the acrylic when she was using the efile over it (nail pictured) The tips are likely thicker than the nail beds at this point and that is incredibly dangerous for my nail beds. Acrylic is a brittle material and will snap, that is why the apex is an important part of an acrylic nail. Without it, these nails are likely to snap at where the apex was supposed to be (highest point of stress). Which is in the middle of the nail bed, meaning half my natural nail could go with it when it breaks. she also did a final light hand file on all the nails after applying gel color, even on nails that didnt need it she made sure to give a couple swipes of the file. The nail shape was okay, it only made the edges' color look messier TL:DR The tech cut corners on best practice for a $20 acrylic removal, put bare acrylics in the uv lamp, and didnt know or purposefully ignored the first rule of safe acrylic nail structure. (Putting me at risk of a severe natural nail injury) Im hoping the tech who did my nails was just in training for acrylics and not maliciously doing these things. (Based on the uv lamp on bare acrylics) I just wish Id have known if that was the case, I wouldve paid more attention and talked to her more instead of assuming anything I did notice would all be fixed by the end Also, she added $2 to the bill, so it came out to $72 total. Im not going to push the issue as its just $2, but there was no zero reasonable cause to upcharge me at all. Especially when the removal service was done the easiest, most damaging way. There's no tax on this in Massachusetts, so thats not it. I tipped about %20, all cash and didnt complain because Im not a confrontational person, but I would not recommend this nail salon.
