First time in this location. The placement of tacos is different from Don Mills shop. In this restaurant, the tacos is laid flat on the plate while in Don Mills shop has a metal holder but Taste the same. Staff here is very friendly. Nice decoration and a busy place

Three years later, still serving great drinks, food and vibes! Definitely make reservations, this place gets very busy! Especially during late night happy hour starting 10pm.

Always such a vibe here. The food itself isn't amazing, but the guac absolutely hits every single time. Tacos are pretty mid if I'm being honest, but not horrible, and for the price you really can't complain. Drinks are cheap, which makes it perfect for a night out. The main star of the show is the atmosphere. It's always so lively! Especially because the patio is on King Street, there's always something going on. The service is also consistently great. The servers genuinely seem like they enjoy their job, which makes the whole experience that much better. One of my favorite places on the block.

Great spot to go for happy hour! Really solid that they have happy hour deals on the weekend. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a cheap bite and something light. 3 taco set: Got 3 different type of tacos the fish, the pork and the beef. The fish one was a bit average but the pork and beef were delicious. Surprisingly decent portions for a happy hour special. The only downside they don't come with the extra sauces you have to pay extra like $0.50 for additional sauces like sour cream, red salsa etc and I opted for the green salsa. I still highly recommending to get at least one salsa since the fish one was a bit bland without it. The total came to $12 ($4 each) and was a solid deal. The staff were friendly and quick prompt service. If you aren't planning to get drinks you can get in and out pretty quickly for a meal.

Girls nite out. A little eating shopping and desserts to end the nite. So why not Anejo for Mexican food and some mararitas. We walked in before 6 on a Friday nite and it wasn't busy and got seated right away. Our server was great. Everything came out fresh. Tableside guacamole. Margaritas. Quesabirria (YUMMM). Crispy fish tacos was missing some sauce. So it was a like dry. They provide a whole tray of hot sauces but I can't handle spice so some aioli would've been good for non spicy eaters. It was missing the sauce. A little on the the higher end of pricing for Mexican food. Cool decor. And good size patio.

Had a really good time here. The food was also amazing. We LOVED the birra tacos so much that we got another order of them. The mussels were also really good and nicely portioned. Loved the sauce that it came with too! They have a lot of different margarita flavors we got the guava and mango. Then we also got the Hugo & Jima Spritz AB, they looked super pretty and simple but tastes good. The staff was also very kind and took their time explaining the menu to us. We sat on the patio and the vibes were pretty nice. They also have a lot of indoor seating.

Came here for a friend's bday. The energy of the people working there was great! They made sure we had a lot of fun and made funny jokes with our table. Super enjoyable. Now as for the food, we were a big party so we all ordered individual things to eat as well as some apps to share. We ordered the chips and guacamole, which in my opinion were pretty mid. I would say I prefer my homemade guacamole or store bought over the ones here respectfully. I also thought the chips were too salty for my personal liking. 3/5, not worth unless you share with a big group of people and want something to snack on. I also got some tacos (fish, steak, and chicken). I personally thought they were lacking in seasoning and were bland. 2/5 Drinks were reasonably priced for downtown and the overall restaurant vibe is super cool. Their decorations are super fun and lighting inside is pretty dim. Good vibe for dinner before a night out on the town. If you're coming here for food, it's not the best. But if you're coming here for the vibes, check it out.

Too marks for location and deco. We sat at the bar for drinks, and the service was fine. We ordered a margarita and draft, $12, and $8 ish, respectively. If you look at the margarita, I have great news. The chances of getting a buzz are zero based on the size and volume of ice. The beer was likely a half pint, which is fine, but we decided not to order another. Inreresting enough, the salsa was served tanle-side and a good value at $15.0], the best choice of the evening. I am hoping you aren't i to personal space, as the server will saddle up and watch you mark that tip for that fa tastic service ! Have fun ! -Zuk

I mostly visit during happy hour. It runs from 3-5pm and 10pm-12am daily. Half price margs and tacos. Margs used to be $6 but is now $7. Tacos used to be $3 but now is $4. Many flavours of margaritas to choose from including strawberry, mango, original, chilli coconut (my fave) and more. They've also got lots of tacos flavours including fish, beef, chorizo and mushrooms. The best is the fish taco hands down. Paired with the spicy mayo is just *chefs kiss* The tequila shots are also half off if you're feeling adventurous or perhaps just another Tuesday afternoon (it's 5 o clock somewhere right?) The service can be a hit or miss. I've been when it's EXTREMELY slow service and when it's been quick. Luck of the draw.

Absolutely worth the drive from Mississauga! This place offers truly "authentic" tacos, especially during happy hour--it turned into a feast for us. A big shoutout to our server, Anya. She was knowledgeable and seemed to know everything on the menu. Our order: Guacamole: 10/10 - Fresh, tasty, and generously portioned. Chicken Tacos: 10/10 Beef Tacos: 10/10 Fish Tacos: 10/10 Mushroom Tacos: 10/10 While it might seem impossible to give everything a perfect 10, it's hard to complain when each taco is only $3. The efficiency of the service was remarkable. By the time our server was completing our order, the food was already on our table. A mere 5 minutes from placing the order to having our food in front of us--that's exceptional service. I'll definitely make a return visit for the great service, enjoyable ambiance, and, of course, the delicious food.

Had a good meal at the King Street location. A very lively location. The place was packed as it was at the end of the happy hour. Note that the noise is very loud when full of patrons. The rib appetizer was excellent and the homemade guacamole was also very good. Hubby said that the steak was ok, but he enjoyed it more on a previous occasion. My friend loved her tacos. The churros were excellent.

Anejo has an awesome happy hour from 3-5 pm and 10 pm to close daily. They serve really cheap but really good margaritas during that time. They also serve happy hour tacos, which are really good but kind of dry, but they have a variety of sauces that you can add to the tacos to enhance it, so why not. Their ambiance is always so lit & lively. Pro tip, always get a reservation as they're so hard to do a walk in, they're always packed. Especially for a larger group.

Añejo on King Street has a fun, energetic vibe with great drinks and a solid menu. I came during happy hour, which is definitely the best time to visit. $4 tacos and $7 margaritas make it a great deal. I tried the birria taco, which was really good, though I've had more authentic birria at other spots in Toronto. The margaritas were well-made, and the tequila selection is impressive. Service was responsive when I went. Overall, if you're looking for a lively spot with great happy hour deals, Añejo is worth checking out.

We started with the Brussels sprouts which is always a great choice from here. Crispy on the outside and not an overwhelming Brussels sprout taste. This is likely because there is a generous sprinkling of grated parm and a great amount of dip. We tried the crispy tuna sushi. The tuna was beautifully marinated, so flavourful. The sauce- amazing, the press was nice and flaky and light and really tasty. And the soccer Sada added nice saltines and flavour without being too overwhelming. But it was the food that blew us away I started with the Wagyu carpaccio that emma's to die for. Just perfect with the crostinis. The my wife had the avocado bowl with salmon and I had the mushroom striploin. Both meals just freaking delicious- these folks have it down to a science and the food was off the charts. Perched high above the bustle of downtown Toronto, LOUIX LOUIS makes a compelling first impression…read more The dining room is genuinely handsome -- a study in polished Art Deco glamour softened by sweeping city views that lend every table a sense of occasion. On a Valentine's Day brunch visit, the atmosphere alone was enough to justify the reservation. The kitchen demonstrates genuine competence: dishes arrive with care, the pacing is unhurried, and the mise en scène -- from tableside presentation to that now-famous thirteen-layer chocolate cake -- reveals an establishment that understands the theatre of fine dining. That towering slice of chocolate cake, in particular, is a masterstroke of marketing and pastry craft in equal measure; it draws the eye, earns its reputation, and very nearly steals the show. Where LOUIX LOUIS gives one pause is in the cuisine's ability to fully match its surroundings. The cooking is accomplished and reliably pleasant, yet seldom rises to the level of genuine distinction one might hope for at this price point. Dishes satisfy without surprising; technique is evident but inspiration, at moments, feels held in reserve. For the corporate traveller or the visitor seeking a polished, geographically convenient showcase of the city's skyline, this represents an entirely sound choice. For those seeking an experience whose flavours linger as long as the view, the kitchen has room yet to grow into its magnificent stage. Service is attentive and well-intentioned, though it can occasionally want for the depth of knowledge that elevates a good meal into a memorable one.
