I have tried Andy's twice, and each time I was very pleased with the consistency of the custard. I believe what's making me even happier is the different flavors of fudge, which are very rich. I also like that the menu is huge, with so many variations of different desserts. But right now my mind is set on trying the banana splits, and I will try that the next go-around. One reason is that there is more than one banana split. One is more of the old-fashioned banana split with the cherries and strawberries. The other one is more for a chocolate lover like me, with fudge, carmal, and pecans. It's the same with the sundaes. You have your fruit lover sundaes and then the chocolate lover sundaes. I was also speaking with the cashier, and he suggested the Old Fashion sodas, or Floats. It's most definitely a must on my list. But so far, I have tried one of the Concretes and one of the Sundaes. When I'm down, I go to Andy's for a pick-me-up! I love this location. I didn't have the app so they found my account using my phone number. Thank goodness because I'm tired of downloading apps! This location is always filled with large smiles, warm greetings, and good custard. I grabbed the cookie butter crunch and added pretzels. It was so cookie and did taste like biscoff cookies. Visiting Austin and saw this drive-thru frozen custard and had to give it a try. Their special for this month was the cookie butter so I got the cookie butter concrete and got a kids' cup for my son with sprinkles. Honestly, the kids portion was huge and that would have been a perfect portion for me. As a sharing portion, the regular sized concrete was perfect. The custard was blended beautifully, smooth, rich, thick, with cookie butter in every bite. Not overly sweet for me and it sat well with me after (usually if ice cream/frozen desserts are too heavy, I feel a bit sick after). There was no line when we went and it didn't melt easily. Easy to freeze and re-thaw out if you'd like to save it! read more

I got the triple chocolate, which was delicious! Loved all the textures. However, it melted SUPER fast and 1/4 of it had melted before I could finish. You can easily share a small concrete with another person and the price is very reasonable (~$6). There is parking surrounding the establishment, and they have benches and cornhole. read more

The ice cream was great, prices were reasonable, and the service was welcoming. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because of the foul smell of old KFC chicken consuming the entire area. I know it's not Andy's fault but their neighboring business (KFC) made the experience nauseating. I didn't even get a dessert, just had a small taste of my son's and friend's. Was in the mood for a banana split which is not very common around here, so when I came across it on Andy's menu it only made sense to swing by and give it a try! Drive-thru or park and order at the counter is available, though there isn't a lot of space to really sit (just a few benches). Service is quick and friendly since it's just frozen custard and toppings. The frozen custard itself is very creamy and smooth! Thicker than soft serve and great, classic flavor. The toppings and combos for their concrete and jack hammer mixers are pretty standard. You can order a menu item or build your own. The pricing is average and the portions are quite large. You can easily share even a small (12 oz.) with someone. It's almost too much/a waste if you don't. A mini size would be nice! Overall, I'd give it a 3-3.5/5. It was good and fresh but nothing mind blowing or anything to go out of your way for. Very sweet and overwhelming, but creamy and smooth. Worth a try! read more

Delicious comcretes here. They also have shakes and other stuff but the concretes are excellent. We tried two of them on this visit (and two more on a second visit): the Cole Custer (vanilla custard, peanut butter, Heath bar) and the Triple Chocolate, which is made with tons of chocolate and cookie dough. Both were great but the Cole Custer was particularly decadent. You can drive through or walk up. They even have a cornhole game set up out front. We were there with a group of pals, so we chose to park anyway and use the walk-up counter/outdoor seating area since we all wanted to hang out and chat. I was kind of groovin' on their set-up, like a throw-back to "the good ol' days" that my dad tells stories about! My husband and I were frankly in awe by the menu, which is helpfully BIG and perpendicular to the walk-up counter, so you can easily study it before getting/while in line to order. Trust me, if it's your first time here like it was for us, you're gonna want time to study the menu! Chances are, you're going to be making a decision between two or three or more things that sound good, LOL. I got a small triple chocolate concrete, which lemme tell you, was plenty for me. Extremely chocolatey and rich. The wait time to prepare my treat was super short too: the employees were rockin' and rollin' in there to serve everyone rapidly. The cashier we interacted with was also in a great mood, extremely friendly. I suppose when you get to make so many people happy with ice cream, it makes you happy too-- love that! We also had fun playing cornhole on their little patch of AstroTurf. Reasonable enough prices for a once-in-awhile treat, imo, with most items being in the $4-6 range. This place has poor customer service and they skimp on the toppings. I've been here a few times and was disappointed half of those times. I thought I'd give them a second and third chance and by the third time I'm done. I'm going to the Limestone location from now on. They give you a full amount, sometimes above the rim, as opposed to this place that gives you an inch below the rim, that's with the toppings and everything in a concrete. They are cheap here, and they don't seem to care about their customers. They've definitely lost a customer for good. read more
