Vanilla & Chocolate Ice Cream w/ Cone
    Haley F.

Great customer service. The people there are warm and kind (gave me Chic-fil-a vibes). I got a free ice cream cone for my birthday. (I would 10/10 recommend signing up for their rewards program!) The ice cream was super solid. I particularly really enjoyed the vanilla. You can tell that it was quality ice cream.

Visited an Uncle back on 10/13/24. I was excited to see Andy's Frozen yogurt ever since I tried it in Missouri in 2019. That was my first try with custard ice cream and fell in love! So we definitely had to stop by to this location. We both got the Double Double Malt. So delicious! Wish they'd open locations in Washington state. I would most definitely return again when back for a visit.

I got the triple chocolate, which was delicious! Loved all the textures. However, it melted SUPER fast and 1/4 of it had melted before I could finish. You can easily share a small concrete with another person and the price is very reasonable (~$6). There is parking surrounding the establishment, and they have benches and cornhole.

Ugh, so good. This was the first Andy's Frozen Custard I've been to, and it did not disappoint. We got their seasonal flavors- the butter cake concrete, and a stone Cole concrete. The small is 16 oz and it's huge. $14 for two smalls. 10/10 would come back.

The ice cream was great, prices were reasonable, and the service was welcoming. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because of the foul smell of old KFC chicken consuming the entire area. I know it's not Andy's fault but their neighboring business (KFC) made the experience nauseating. I didn't even get a dessert, just had a small taste of my son's and friend's. I could not get past the foul smell. Unfortunately, because of this, I don't think I'll be back at this location.

Was in the mood for a banana split which is not very common around here, so when I came across it on Andy's menu it only made sense to swing by and give it a try! Drive-thru or park and order at the counter is available, though there isn't a lot of space to really sit (just a few benches). Service is quick and friendly since it's just frozen custard and toppings. The frozen custard itself is very creamy and smooth! Thicker than soft serve and great, classic flavor. The toppings and combos for their concrete and jack hammer mixers are pretty standard. You can order a menu item or build your own. The pricing is average and the portions are quite large. You can easily share even a small (12 oz.) with someone. It's almost too much/a waste if you don't. A mini size would be nice! Overall, I'd give it a 3-3.5/5. It was good and fresh but nothing mind blowing or anything to go out of your way for. Very sweet and overwhelming, but creamy and smooth. Worth a try!

I always enjoy going to Andy's from time to time whenever I'm looking for a sweet treat. I will say, it is pretty darn sweet, so I'd recommend sharing with people. Even a small can be too much. The bootdaddy is a classic, especially with the combo of the hot fudge and caramel. My dad got the butter pecan, and the flavor was spot on. The employees there are super kind and friendly. They were patient when helping my dad with the rewards system. They have some benches to sit at and cornhole to play when waiting for your order. Ample parking!

    Concretes were so good.

Delicious comcretes here. They also have shakes and other stuff but the concretes are excellent. We tried two of them on this visit (and two more on a second visit): the Cole Custer (vanilla custard, peanut butter, Heath bar) and the Triple Chocolate, which is made with tons of chocolate and cookie dough. Both were great but the Cole Custer was particularly decadent. You can drive through or walk up. They even have a cornhole game set up out front. Orders came out in a flash, although lines can be long. Great stuff.

I never thought that a custard place could beat Culver's but this was SO good. It's a massive portion and a bit pricey for ice cream but you do get your money's worth. I highly recommend!

I'm a huge fan of Andy's frozen custard. This location is where I consistently have the best results with both food and service. I will say it is a tad expensive for a small custard.

Came here last night for a sweet treat and this was perfect! I got a brownie sundae which came with pecans, hot fudge and two cherries :) It was so good! The brownie was so gooey and warm and the ice cream itself was really good. I also think it was a pretty good sized dessert and the service was extremely fast. Such a cute ice cream shop! I will definitely be back.

The building is colorful and decorated in bright pink with fun artwork and decor for an uplifting vibe. The line moved quickly and the service was friendly fast and efficient. I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!

I asked for a recommendation as a first time and was told I have to try the original to start. Service seemed friendly but felt a little rushed for me to hurry up. Cheesecake Biscotti - from my small slice, I was impressed. It's an airy cookie that's baked to a crispy finish. The exterior is crispy but the inside is fluffy, it's a fun texture that simply feels remarkable. Plus the overall cheesecake flavor is a delightful sweetness. Matcha Cheesecake - I was impressed with the softness. The small sample was so light yet ready to fall from the toothpick at any moment. It was just so delicate. Matcha was present though it's hard to say how strong from a quick sample so I'll reserve on that. Original Cheesecake - now for the real experience, it's no exaggeration to say that this quite literally melts in your mouth. It's almost like the cake simply dissolves, leaving a cheesecake flavor behind. Super fluffy, light, and airy, the cheesecake is delicate and when you eat it, your taste buds light up as if a spotlight is emphasizing the presentation. Fantastic end to any meal as well, especially because it's not heavy at all.
