I initially went to another business up the street seeking replacement of my car's windshield. They immediately told me I could take off my mask for "freedom" sake. Their rude ways continued so I walked out and went to Andy's. A breath of fresh air when it comes to Andy's friendly customer service. They replaced the windshield without a glitch....and didn't mind my wearing a mask . read more

Formally PJ Bodyshop, it's now Andy's. I've taken my car to this place for repair when it was PJ's and I've taken my car to this place when Andy took over. Great job! Family member and I visited the place after a holiday fender bender. The price was reasonable, the work was guaranteed like before, and they also took care of a few small scratches as well. Andy's a nice guy, he'll explain the repairing procedure, if you ask, and you won't feel like an idiot for asking those questions. read more

My car broke down for the fourth time this year as I was driving through Claremont at 5:45pm the other day. I needed to keep moving, but all the shops I saw on yelp were closing at 6 or had already closed. After phoning a few that wouldn't help till the morning, Andy answered and said he'd be happy to stay open past 6 and help me out. I had had this problem looked at four times over the past year, the most recent diagnosis ended up in a couple-thousand-dollar-fix. And obviously, at this point, was not fixed. Andy did a diagnosis of his own, explained it to me, and worked for two hours past his closing, seemingly to the dismay of his family, to fix this problem for me, calling in a friend of his to get me a part that night. The diagnosis made a lot of sense and so far I have had no trouble, and Andy seemed honest, looking me in the eye and explaining things to me without making me feel dumb. So far, no troubles. To recap: Andy stayed 2 hours past closing, seemingly to the dismay of his family, to fix a problem that has been plaguing my car all year and no other technician has been able to properly diagnose, explaining it to me simply and honestly, before charging me a fraction of the other fixes and sending me on my way. Probably the best auto experience I've ever had in my few years of owning this dumb car. Andy is my hero. (And his parrots are cool too!) read more

Andys's is awesome!!! Highly recomended!! No lie. My family has five drivers and five cars. For as long as I can remember we've been going to Andy for every accident and every major problem that any of us have had with our cars. He's honest, reliable, and does excellent work. Montclair is far from Burbank, but well worth the quality work. Before shipping my ten year old Honda Civic to Hawaii, I had Andy work on it inside and out and it looks and runs as great as it did the day that I drove it for the first time! If you're looking for a great auto repair place in Southern CA that you can trust, look no further! read more

I can't believe as a female I was treated the way I was! I felt completely taken advantage of! Before going here, Male or female, i would suggest you beware! Andy will Rip you off, on my car he used unwanted and unwarranted parts. I had items repaired on my car. When I had the car returned to me after weeks of waiting for it, the parts were used. I had to call the dealer to get my original vin parts and trace down where these "new" parts came from! To top it off I had to pay a huge amount of cash before he could start on the car....really who does that! You must pay only with CASH... fishy huh? Needless to say I would NEVER go back! read more
