Really great little store with a wide range of just about everything you need from a neighborhood hardware store. And some off the wall stuff too. But hands down my favorite part Is the ultra convenient post office.! They are very fast in their postal service. And always very very helpful. If you're on the east side I always would recommend you take the trip to the Ace hardware store to mail your packages versus going to the post office.

Purchased an extension cord for my new laser printer to my laptop.

The 3 others met us at our home and listened to our ideas and took measurements of the areas to be landscaped. Within a week we received quotes from two of the other companies that just parroted back our ideas without any design drawings or detail. The third company jerked us around for 3 additional weeks before telling us they were too busy and gave us a baseless and wildly expensive "estimate" for next year. In contrast, Josie Blumenthal from Faltz came to our house twice to sketch the area, take dimensions and develop our design ideas. On the 2nd trip she took aerial photos with a drone and prepared a concept design based upon our ideas. At our third meeting, Ben Brown, Faltz Landscape Architect, who was mentoring Josie, joined the Team and proposed some new design concepts that we liked a lot. We signed a contract and within a week the Faltz crew was on site. The 3-man crew were experienced, polite and professional. Most of the time while the work was in progress, either Josie, Ben or both were on site, assuring the work was in conformance with the plan. At the end of every workday, the crew cleaned our yard and driveway. Three days later the work was complete. The final product far exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy with the entire Faltz Team, especially Ben and Josie. We felt that Faltz provided a superior product and good value. We'd highly recommend Faltz for your landscape needs.

Such a relaxing vibe. Was definitely busy both times we stopped by - had to wait about 20 minutes for our drinks - but they were efficient. There were just so many people placing orders. Drinks were delicious. Came during the fall, so got to try their fall specials. Loved their Blueberry Crumble Latte. Blueberry is one of my favorites in a drink, and you could really taste the blueberry in this one. Also enjoyed their Harvest Jasmine Fog. I usually like to sit and drink my coffee after ordering, so the only downside is they don't really have seating options inside their shop. It was just one couch with a table. But with all their plant merchandise, it's understandable why there isn't any space for tables. Overall, a great choice for coffee. Highly recommend.

I love that they're next to Fire Island bakery, so it was nice to grab a bite with my drink.. if you're ever in Anchorage, definitely give them a try!

While the location didn't have the product, he directed me to the diamond location, which he was able to tell me had the correct part I needed. I go over to the diamond location and I speak with William at the counter who asks me for the part number of the product. I tell him what the product is and I show him on the STIHL Website, and he replies with " Sir, there's no way I can find your product if you don't know the part number" I show him the one given to me on the website, and he says "that doesn't help me". Respectfully, I offer to call the old Seward location to speak with the gentleman who directed me to the diamond location and see if he could tell me the part number. Immediately, Zeph picks up the phone and I explain the situation. I tell him that William can't find the product without knowing the part number. Zeff replies with "Na, He's just being lazy. He can find the product." Zeph from Old Seward then gives me the part number, and I share it with William to help me find the product. Shout out again for the customer service at the old Seward location coming in handy, even at the diamond location. Ha ha. I would encourage the diamond location to be a little bit more familiar with the product so that they're able to help customers who come in, not knowing the part number. I understand how the part identification system works, but it did feel like William was honestly just annoyed to serve a customer, and I did kindly express how I desired to give him my business and wanted to help serve him by helping him find the product, but simply didn't know the part number. All around I'm always very grateful for AIH and their good service.
