The nail salon my nail technician used to work was sold. I didn't have her contact. I had to find another person. First time I went to the salon on April 2nd. I have allergies. So, I took my supplies with me. Since the begging of the service the nail technician was giving me attitude. In the middle of the service she didn't want to simply do what I asked her for such as file my nails short and trim my cuticle better. Finally she asked a second nail technician to finish the service. The second one was very nice but all she did was to file my nails shorter and apply the nail polish to finish them. On 4/16, I decided make a second appointment at the salon with the second nail technician to give another chance. She is a very nice lady but my nails didn't last a week. I had gotten gel X. One of the tips came off the next day my nails were done. Today, 4/22, not even a week later, I have 4 tips that that came off and my cuticles look like they haven't been done. I don't recommend this place.
I finally found my nail shop! I've been looking and trying different places and always left disappointed and unhappy with my nails but never at Andy's Nails! On my first visit, I walked in and they were able to squeeze me and I'm so happy they did because I haven't looked back since. Now I book an appointment in advance, I appreciate their flexibility and quick responses. Kathy is my go to for my acrylics. She works fast and delivers quality nails. They always have a tv playing music videos and that makes the time go by quickly.
This is my favorite salon in North County! Not only do they actually listen to what you want but the they will ask you throughout the process if everything is matching what you are trying to achieve. I have brought multiple friends here and they have always loved their experience and the quality work they received. If you need a nail salon, don't look anywhere else! They are all friendly and they all do amazing work so no need to pick a specific person. Thanks, Andy's for being the best!
Had the day off and decided to give another nail spa a chance after the horrible experiences I've had since moving to San Marcos. They were able to fit me in, and I'm just so happy with my mani-pedi. They were so gentle, removing the dry skin around my fingers and toes. The red nail polish was applied perfectly . I'm so happy I have found a place where they treat their customers with respect and kindness.
Came for a noon walk in for a gel mani and they were so polite and fast with seating me. Had a lovely convo with the nail tech and if I lived local would come back. Very well priced clean appointed salon.
I love this nail salon by far the best I've tried. Everyone is kind and friendly. It's my go to spot
Been getting nails done here since my senior year and I have never been disappointed I usually go with Amie, but Kathy or Hanna are also wonderful with their work. Attentive to detail snd actually listen to you unlike other shops who are rough and don't care. I always get compliments on my nails from here too. Love this place, its a go to.
I tried This place for first time just because it is close to my house. The nail technician who did my nails did good job on cleaning and filing my nails, but seems like the products they use don't stand up for the quality. I got my gel nails done last week and today one my nails already started peeling after 5 days. I found. 2 more nails that started to peel. I paid $30 bucks for something that did not last even a week. The UV light temperature they used on me is pretty hot as I felt slight burning of my skin that day. So probably it might be the same reason why my nails are peeling. Anyways I will not go to this place again.
I love my nails! I walked in today on my day off and they got me in right away. Great service and the nails techs are very nice. Thank you Aime! (:
Noticed this place had changed names and ownership so we called to see if they could get my daughter and myself in for two pedicures and a nail fill . Luckily last minute they could accommodate us . Kathy the owner greeted us and started my nails right away and she did an awesome job . We've been to this location before but it's a completely new nail salon with all new equipment and super cute decor very welcoming . We will be back
I usually don't leave a negative comment on any local small business but I had to. I went there a few days ago for a pedi. The lady not only ruined my nails but also clipped the skin a little too much that it started bleeding and stinging. The nail paint jib was bad. I mean I can do a better job than that. Anyway my nails were feeling sensitive which was weird so I took off the the nail color and realized the damage. This was the worst pedi I ever had. The one star is probably for the place being clean.

I had the worst most stressful and painful experience with the owner yesterday. She was not careful with the drill whatsoever. She kept getting super close to the nail bed. She pulled the drill bit from her apron pocket which is super unsanitary. Then when I asked for French nails and showed a picture she didn't check in with me whatsoever at any point during the service to see if I liked it or wanted anything tweaked. It felt like she just wanted to be done and out. She never ever even checked to see if both hands matched! None of them look even or neatly done and the dip is so thick it's ridiculous. I was so nice about everything and even tipped but I will not be coming back... please avoid this place at all cost. read more

I love Kathy! I moved 45 min away from her when she worked at a diff salon. And I never could find another nail tech I liked, in my new city. Luckily, the cards aligned for me and I eneded up back in North County and close to the salon Kathy is at now. She is good at nails, talkative, personable and I just love her! Also, she's so responsive when I message her on IG at random times! read more

Probably the best salon I've been to in north county and I've tried a few. I got a gel pedicure and a full set of acrylics. The pedicure was the most gentle pedi I've ever experienced. My feet feel so nice and soft my nail tech (Amy) was so sweet and relatable I loved talking with her. And she gave me exactly what I asked for. Also very gentle. Overall the experience was very calming and relaxing. I'm definitely coming back. read more

The staff is is very customer friendly. I met this amazing nail technician her name is Amy. Wow! As a first time walk in customer I felt welcomed by her and her work is amazing. This is by far the best place in north county to get your nails done. Thanks Amy. read more

Yes yes yes. Kathy & Amie, thank you so much!! I can't thank them enough. I've tried so many places and this is definitely my #1 spot now! My nails are so perfect. It's exactly what I wanted. I got there right when they opened and they took me in right away. They didn't rush and made sure I loved it. read more

The best I have EVER been to, I am never going to another nail salon!!!!! She did a full acrylic set, coffin shape, with a marble dip, gold foil, and hand painted design in ONE HOUR. If you know, you know how impressive that is. If you don't, I've had full sets without designs take almost 2 hours. Yet, these were absolutely flawless designs and shape done in half that time. Not to mention, the price was extremely reasonable. I think around $85 for these because I had a design on every nail. So worth it, stop thinking and just book your appointment So many talented artists here read more

It was my sister and I's first time here. Amie was my nail tech and she was amazing. I loved chatting with her and you can tell that she was very experienced. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she went above and beyond. I also got a basic pedicure which didn't feel basic at all. The spa chairs were comfortable and working very well (I've been to other nail salons where their chairs are broken). Will definitely be back to support this little family owned business. They've been in business for about 4 months and they're off to great start in my opinion! Thank you for the hospitality! read more

I went today to get my nails done because gas is so expensive and I can't go where I usually go. I must say that I loved my nails. I showed the nail tech the picture of what I wanted and she did just that. Love them! read more

I always forget to rate but this place is so amazing!!! I always come for the pedicures, I would rather wait to commute to school all the way from Hemet than get it done closer to me! Super nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Andy(I'm assuming I always just sit back and relax instead of talk lol) always does a great job with my French tips and I would definitely recommend! read more

DEFINITELY recommend this salon for all types of nail services. I love getting my acrylics done by Kathy and saw that she recently opened this salon (10% off on all services for their Grand Opening). I came in with my mother and sister for an appointment at around 2pm. I forgot to take a picture of the inside, but the interior is very clean! There are 6 spa chairs for pedicures and 5 desk stations for manicures if my memory serves me right. There is a hand-washing station, bathroom and there is another room in the back dedicated for micro-blading. This time I decided on a Gel Manicure with a simple line design that's been all the rage on Pinterest. Kathy did my manicure and she was amazing as always! She has such a steady hand and the end result was almost identical to the picture I showed her. My sister did a Dip Manicure with Andy, and his wife (didn't catch her name) painted a beautiful 3D flower design on her ring fingers. Andy's wife and another woman did a Gel Mani-Pedi in a solid springtime color for my mom. Definitely check this place out if you haven't found your go-to salon yet. The prices are very reasonable with the quality of how your nails turn out and how talented the staff is! I will definitely continue to support them in the future. read more

I've been on the hunt for the perfect nude pink nail and I think I finally found it here at Andy's! Was also my first time doing a dip manicure and after years of gel, I don't think I'll ever go back. Aime (sp?) was AMAZING and helped me find the right color (I've been through several over the last few months) and my pedicure was excellent. So happy to have given this small little shop a try. Debated leaving a review as I worry I won't have the place to myself next time like I did today but I'll just have to wait my turn. This place is must go! read more
