She is friendly, professional, warm, knowledgeable, and uses active listening skills to ensure that each client gets exactly what they are requesting. She made me feel so welcome and pampered. We began with a conversation about my nail so she could learn and troubleshoot and I was offered hot tea and a warm neck wrap that was heavenly. The pedicure was beyond thorough and my feet are baby smooth due to her attention and the cutting edge urea products she uses. First off the luminary manicure has very limited colors, all beige, skin color and very light pink. I was concerned my natural nails would show but Zoe said they would t (they do from my perspective) but that was ok. In reading the info it said the luminary gel was a soak off option so it didn't damage your nails, not so. I am adverse to the drill file and that was used for the cuticle and top of the nail and when I get them redone that is how they "fill" the luminary gel just to let people know so they are not thinking there is no drilling. Both those thing were not the problem though. She asked if I wanted all my nails even up to my broken nail I said no they were even up to my broken nail, she basically said they will grow out by the time I need a fill. Irregardless that's not what I wanted. That's not the real problem either, it was frustrating but not the issue. As I was walking out, I noticed the underside of my nails were filthy. I have never paid $70 for a manicure and had the underside of my nails not be cleaned. I was picking the attached that was after I picked the dirt out from under my nails. there were areas of cut cut. There were several that were not straight or filed properly. You can see the attached pictures but there's areas next to my cuticle. They don't look good for manicure. It should've looked much better than it did. I could have had this caliber of service at my local nail studio in the strip mall. This was suppose to be a high end manicure and that was not the experience I had.
