Well this little business took me in, had me wait but not very long (in late Friday even!) and I had 3 techs start the process as the other two had appointments & the last one just finished up. He was very attentive, good at details, friendly & funny-I didn't get the young man's name but I would recommend him and I will come back here when I'm in the area which is frequent. However, the person who did my toes cut me twice on my left foot. And for some reason, she kept going back to that foot when I did the highest options for pedicure treatment. So on my left foot, the toe on the left side directly next to my big toe, had a cut and was irritated. I'm not going to lie. It's still healing and it's already been a week. My nails look really pretty but I think that lady was new and I also think I was overcharged because I paid $190. Normally I don't like to talk about other people's experiences, but they did my friends nails very odd, she was unhappy and told them so they just told her she could change it or take them off so she asked to take it off. She had to pay for her nails and also pay to take them off. For some reason they gave her a $20 off coupon for next time but that doesn't make sense if someone didn't have a good experience the first time why would they have to trust you a second time? So I'm not really sure what happened there with the communication. I have no malice towards anyone. I'm still really impressed with the person who did my nails, but the quality of their product is not good because my nails Art is chipping away since the second day I was there to get them done. Worth it? No unless you have an event and only need your nails to look good for the first day.

When removing my old gel, she relied heavily on an e-file and went far too close to my natural nails, despite me specifically asking her not to. That request was ignored. Additionally, my cuticles were never properly addressed before the gel application. When I pointed this out, I was told that the product she was using works "backwards" and that cuticles could be handled after applying hard gel, which does not align with standard nail prep and felt dismissive. The service overall felt rushed and incomplete--no finishing care like a massage was provided. Between the poor technique, lack of communication, and disregard for my requests, I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon.

The technician doing my pedicure was noticeably rude and kept commenting that I wasn't "relaxed enough," which was frustrating given the environment. I was seated right next to someone having their nails filed, and the dust was blowing onto my area, including my purse and the coffee I brought in, I had to keep everything in my lap (I commented about the dust flying all over my things they did nothing to help the situation) They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and both felt hurried. Toward the end, one of my nails was uneven, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the response felt annoyed rather than accommodating. (They did not fix it properly just painted over the issue area.) The pedicure technician was apparently angry I asked the manicurist to fix my nails so she ripped my toe separators out as fast as she could and gave me a dismissive look, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant visit and uncomfortable I have never been treated so rudely during a nail service. I will not be returning to this establishment. That's a lot of money to spend to somebody treat you so rudely. I hope management takes steps to improve both the service quality and overall customer experience.

Then she cut and filed and then used a DRILL to over-file my nails and removed the healthy top layer of nail. then stopped without finishing the rest of my 8 fingers and cuticles (no soak no water nothing) and stated the pedicure. She was so rough on callous removal that she cut my heel so I said that's enough thank you and had to walk out. I had waited months for the time to come in and get a mai/pedi. I left in tears. Awful experience I'll never go back.
