Dear Andy, Thank you for the value and care you poured into our appointment time. First, you educated me on my gel nail art manicure, which needs to grow out. Only acrylic nail sets get filled. Second, you agreed that a Waterless Pedicure is best for my skin due to eczema situation around the foot and left ankle. You are my Happy Accident Andy!! Ladies, when I called the phone number, I was mortified that I awoke him at 6:30 am. when he picked up his phone. I made my appointment for Friday at 1 pm. In full disclosure, I am a direction dummy who can't find new places even when sent a map. He was so patient with my getting lost off Carmel Mountain Rd. This road is Retail on Steroids, in a thoughtful way... So Andy is waiting for me in the short lobby area of Sola Salons store front adjacent to Rubios Fish on the corner building. All the rooms have glass for transparency and noise cancellation. He was so loving when I told him I needed a moment to reset after Frustration finding him!! He holds the Holy Grail for Business Service communications. He is a graduate of San Diego City College Cosmetology program. He travels throughout the country as Instructor, Trainer with Live Demos. Andy will guide and educate you about your skin and nails and interpret your needs based on Body and Face reading, which comes from the Eastern Canon of Healing Medicines. The salon room is clean, decorated in white with black trim and sized for one on one appointments. No more service in a room full of Bodies. I know we are post Covid, but his attention to detail in sanitation, customer care, and positive luxe vibes are priceless. So make an appointment to consult and receive feedback from Andy for yourself!! Girls Day can be performed at any nail salon with 10-20 chairs. I support and recommend wholeheartedly. I have received so many more goodies from the consultation than the basic snacks and canned Kirkland Sparkling flavored water from the glass door refrigerator. Super Kawaii:)) Andy is so humble mannered, which makes me want to toot his brass trumpet "from the rooftops of the world." I hope you can Win/Win when your appointment time comes up on your calendar. I guarantee you will feel restful and joyful after your service has been rendered. The salon is on point for Feng Shui, and I was spared the statue of the ubiquitous paw dropping Cat at the front desk. Less view of staff lunches and incense sticks with fruit bowls. Responds quickly. Was able to get in a week in advance. Studio was nice & clean. I'm pretty picky when it comes to how nail techs do my nails, and Andy did a great job. He made sure every nail was even, the shape & apex of the nails also uniform. Highly recommend especially to those wanting nail art. I showed him my nail art inspo, we tweaked it a little bit but I love it and he was so quick too ! I got a brand new full set with two nails of detailed art in just under 2 hours. I have been coming to Andy since 2019. My style hasn't changed too much over the years, but no matter what I show him he helps make into a design just for me. I have always left happy and with what I wanted. Besides endless sets of beautiful nail sets, Andy has always provided great customer service. From my every day sets, birthday sets, and my wedding set I have always loved what I leave with. Every appointment we chat and catch up, he remembers details from my life, about my husband and child, and other things I have been going through. I live about 15 minutes from his previous shop and over half an hour from where he is now. I took a year break from nails after having surgery and not being able to travel so far. In that break I didn't want anyone else doing my nails so I waited until I was able to go to him. He is worth every penny and you will be grateful with every appointment, I recommend him to everyone I come across.
