More details: I hired Selim to install a Murphy bed. The first issue was that he didn't pay attention to the bed's dimensions ahead of time. As soon as he arrived, he increased the price and repeatedly commented that he would have brought another person if he had known the correct size (when the issue was simply a lack of attention beforehand). He wasn't able to complete the job properly. The bed wouldn't close, and he couldn't identify the problem, leaving me to troubleshoot it myself. I spent hours trying to fix it and eventually noticed missing screws and other signs of inappropriate installation. In the end, I still had to pay the full price and then hire someone else to redo the same job correctly (paying twice for the same service). I asked for a 50% refund, but he refunded less than 15%. I honestly felt bad because he seems like a genuinely nice person. However, I lost a significant amount of money, time, and dealt with a lot of unnecessary stress. This was a job I paid for specifically to make things easier, not harder.

When asked for details we got this: Door cost $109 Material acquisition $30 Labor $311 Debris disposal $20 When asked for labor details (rate and time spent) we got ghosted. No way it cost $311 for labor that would not reasonably be more than an hour.

They vacuumed behind their work, leaving everything in great condition. This is a great business to use because they are efficient and polite and know their stuff.
