BUTTT... the fridges in our rooms were not cold, there were loose hairs all over the "clean" towels and bathroom floors. Wouldn't bring up the hair but seeing black strands of hair when nobody has black hair in the room was very disturbing. Not only was there hair that didn't belong to us the water was brown and murky. We were told that the city was contacted, but there was nothing changed. the hot water however was okay and clean but basics you do with cold water (brushing teeth, washing face) was done in hot water or with water bottles. i would not recommend this specific location; literally would only go to see Grizzi* (hope I spelled her name right).

It's a little hard to find at night but when I did find it I was quite pleasantly surprised. It's consistent like every other SpringHill- which are my preferred work hotels. This location doesn't have the full kitchens like most SpringHill Suites do, but it's fine with me- they have a fridge and microwave. Staff are very polite and efficient. Workout room is clean and well-equipped. I'm in Andover 3 or 4 times per year for work, and this will be my hotel to stay at going forward. The quiet setting makes you feel like you're in the middle of New England. Highly recommended.

Everything seemed clean for the most part with your normal wear and tear you see at most hotels. The one thing that bothered me was there was still hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived, the vent in the bathroom was very dusty like it is never cleaned and the silverware in the drawer in the kitchen was still dirty. Bed was nice and comfortable and ac worked great. Service was mediocre. Nothing stood out to me. Desk personnel weren't overly friendly as they are at some hotels. I would say overall we had a pretty good stay, especially for the price.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice yet 2 days in a row (Saturday & Sunday) they had chorizo. I don't care for spicy and neither did my 2 young grandchildren. The people working that area were always refilling everything and keeping it all clean. It was just a blah breakfast. The laundry room do off site, 4 dryers and only 2 worked and 1 of those not very well. We had our clothes in the dryer for 45 minutes on high and they felt like they were almost as wet as when they came out of the washer. The outside area was a wonderful distraction for the kids. The pool, tic-tac-toe with beanbags , cornhole, they did have shuffleboard but we weren't sure what we were supposed to use with that. We stayed for 6 nights so we didn't qualify for a cleaning but it would be a HUGE help to have a dustpan and brush in the room. The kitchen area gets lots of crumbs. We would stay again as it was close to where we needed to be and it was clean and was good for our needs.

I stayed here for 5 nights in April. I booked this hotel based on the recommendation of colleagues…read morethat stayed here recently. We try to stay with the Hilton brand to maximize point accumulation and this also satisfied that expectation. I booked ahead online, checked in and selected my room with the Hilton app before my arrival. I was working several miles South of the hotel but my colleagues staying and working at the same location convinced me this was a good area and good place to stay. The drive back and forth to the Wilmington area was consumed with traffic on I-93 in the direction I was going everyday. I was surprised to find out the traffic on I-93 was so much the "breakdown" lanes (shoulder) on the highway was open going South toward Boston from 6-10am and going North away from Boston from 3-7pm. The room was perfect for what I needed and it was very quiet. I booked a King studio suite which includes a small kitchenette. There was a king bed with a couch and coffee table with an ottoman under the coffee table. The kitchenette included a sink, microwave, smaller stovetop and a full size fridge. I stopped at a nearby grocery store when I arrived and purchased a few items to have in my room. My checked bag had significant damage to one of the wheels which compromised the hard case. I was concerned it would not last on the return trip. I chose to purchase a new bag on Amazon instead of driving and searching for something. I had it delivered to the front desk with my name. I let them know ahead of time that it would be arriving. When I got the notification it arrived, I went to the front desk after work and picked it up. It worked flawlessly and I was able to use the new suitcase to get my belongings safely home. Overall it was a good stay, quiet and comfortable. It was easy in and out and not too far from my work. However, I do not like the area or the traffic. This is way too busy for my liking. I likely have to travel here again but I would rather be visiting an area with far less traffic.

Great value with extra close and spacious room. Free coffee & a cookie for the road. Teen loves itread more

You do get free breakfast, but I did not take advantage of this as I usually do not get breakfast much maybe a fruit. Location is good as it is near the high way so you can go to New Hampshire to go to the mall which was 10 minute drive away. There are also trails too. We paid $150 dollars a night and if we stayed in Boston hotels are around 300 dollars and that is for the low end. Rooms overall at nice and comfortable and spacious. The shower worked well and with the toilet. I did not have any complaints here.

Upon walking in it appeared well maintained until I started to smell cigarette smoke and weed smells. It was suppose to be 100% smoke free but apparently not. Upon check in they first updated me that the indoor pool was broken and was full of green water. Pretty gross. As for the smoke the manager she said they were trying their best. No real apologies or discounts offered. I saw many customers asking for their money back and leaving because of this. I proceeded to my room and instantly knew something was up when the elevator nor the hallways were air conditioned. The hallway smelled the worse of smoke. Food crumbs were all over the floor as well bags of trash and linens were outside of most doors. Management stated they don't clean rooms or offer new linens until after 3 days. Got to my room and of course it smelled like stale smoke like how bars used to smell like. Room itself was pretty nice with microwave and fridge but if smoke bothered you then it's not for you. I sprayed some air freshener and just put up with it. Finally went to take a shower and the rails were somewhat off and the shower leaked onto the floor. I would say the only thing good about this hotel was the price and the breakfast. Employees still were very nice but didn't speak English. Next month I head back to the area and I won't be staying here. Wyndham really needs to improve this place or Oxidize all the rooms. Only for you if you don't mind smoke and trash in the hallway.
