The entire staff acted immediately with first aid, getting medical attention, and even set up a hidden stool with ice under my table to elevate my foot. They all made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond our expectations. I can't say enough about the staff and how incredible my experience was with them all. She walked us to our seats and even offered to move our table so we could have the best view. We closed the place down, and we decided last minute to get a gift card for friends we knew would love the experience. She restarted the POS system to do this for us, even though it was late, she could have asked us to come back another day. Patti was so helpful with food and drink selections. She checked on us often but was not intrusive. Even the younger staff moving tables at the end of the night smiled a lot and made conversation with us. For entrees, we had the harvest chicken, NY sirloin, and quinoa eggplant. Every single dish was unbelievable--most plates were completely cleaned, mine included! We always felt like we were in good hands and thus cannot recommend the venue and team at Granite Rose more highly!
