They were constantly making adjustments to our package to make sure the day felt completely "us." The entire team paid attention to every little detail and was fully committed to giving my wife and I exactly what we wanted, making sure our day was nothing short of perfect. They genuinely made us feel like family throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, our coordinator Avery was an absolute rockstar. I'm usually someone who likes to be in control, but with Avery, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She handled every detail flawlessly and was constantly three steps ahead the entire night. It allowed us to fully relax and just enjoy the moment, which is something you can't put a price on. The food--oh my goodness. Absolutely incredible. For entrees, we had the harvest chicken, NY sirloin, and quinoa eggplant. Every single dish was unbelievable--most plates were completely cleaned, mine included! For appetizers, we had buffalo chicken bites, tomato bruschetta on toast, and steak and cheese egg rolls. I honestly could have eaten an endless amount of the hors d'oeuvres--they were that good. They even packed up extra meals for us since a few people canceled last minute, which was such a thoughtful touch. And honestly, the leftovers were just as good the next day. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We ended up having an indoor ceremony, but what really stood out was the flexibility--they gave us the option to choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony on the actual day, which took so much pressure off with weather uncertainty. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a truly magical night for their big day. My wife and I were so impressed that we've already decided to come back at least once a year for their tasting events. If you're considering Birch Wood Vineyards for your wedding, don't hesitate. An absolute blessing to have Avery and Michelle. The tag team dream team, what an amazing coordinator and perfect attended. They helped make this day perfect, it was the smoothest day. From making every detail of the decor design set up perfect and also they packed the car with all our decor after the wedding. And making sure we were well hydrated. I also loved that the wedding guests were allowed to roam the castle and take pictures inside. This place really gave that elegant and vintage look that the bride was looking for. The person in charge of the castle was so friendly and kept walking around making sure everyone was comfortable and all their needs were being met. Not only that, but the entire staff was amazing from start to finish. They were all super accommodating and moved with a purpose, they all worked so seamlessly together. I had an accident with my foot right in the middle of cocktail hour, where I was sure I was going to have to go to the hospital, and the party would have to go on without the bride and groom. The entire staff acted immediately with first aid, getting medical attention, and even set up a hidden stool with ice under my table to elevate my foot. They all made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond our expectations. I can't say enough about the staff and how incredible my experience was with them all. They have an onsite catering company, and the food was so delicious! On top of all that, A BEAUTIFUL venue for a romantic, memorable, fairy tale wedding. Since the very beginning last year when I was researching places to have the shower, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness, and accommodating ways of each of the staff members I dealt with. When I walked into the venue the day of the shower, I was overwhelmed and awestruck! It looked so beautiful... beyond what I had expected... and I felt like I was walking into a room from a fairy tale! Everything was set up as I had requested and it looked absolutely perfect. All of the staff were extremely attentive and kept checking in with me to see if I needed anything. The food was served on time and, once again, was beyond what I had anticipated! I am still to this day hearing from friends and family on how exceptional the food, venue and staff were! Everything was beyond perfect and I can't thank you all enough for making this a memory that will definitely last lifetime. This event was comparable to my wedding day and trips to Disney... that's how perfect everything was! I am extra grateful to Lauren Paradis-St. Croix, who has continually gone above and beyond for me in every way to make sure this event was perfect for my daughter... AND IT WAS! Lauren has treated me like a family member, and in all the events I have ever planned, I have never experienced such exceptional service. Of course, there ended up being a huge snowstorm predicted for the day of my event, and I panicked! Lauren kept in constant contact with me (even after work hours) as we monitored the weather updates, and, most importantly, she was so empathetic to me and kept me calm. At the last minute, she magically rescheduled the whole event for me for the next day, while continuing to accommodate all my additional requests and changes. It can also be rented, very affordably for weddings and parties. It's in an easy to find location right off of Exit 3 on 93 and has plenty of parking. You could fit 200 people between the two rooms quite easily, one drawback is the small kitchen and bathrooms downstairs, but you should certainly look at this awesome and historical building for your next event in the area. It will be hard to be disappointed.

The whole event was organized very well, Food was fantastic, from the appetizers to the main course. When I saw no knife except a butter knife on the table when the filet minion came, I was a little worried, but it was so tender it essentially cut like butter. A big shout out to the wait staff and the bartenders, they were best. Overall a fantastic place experience at a wonderful place.

Both were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Diane, the hostess, greeted us with the biggest smile and was so welcoming. She walked us to our seats and even offered to move our table so we could have the best view. We closed the place down, and we decided last minute to get a gift card for friends we knew would love the experience. She restarted the POS system to do this for us, even though it was late, she could have asked us to come back another day. Patti was so helpful with food and drink selections. She checked on us often but was not intrusive. Even the younger staff moving tables at the end of the night smiled a lot and made conversation with us. There was an acoustic guitarist playing in the background at just the perfect volume. It enhanced the experience. Some places we've been the music has been obnoxiously loud. Clearly their focus is on top-notch service and they seem to enjoy working together. We were so impressed and look forward to going back.

The food was excellent, and the kitchen was highly accommodating of all of our requests (modifications due to allergies, kids' meals, etc.). We always felt like we were in good hands and thus cannot recommend the venue and team at Granite Rose more highly!
