Stayed here based on previous stats at other Springhill Suites locations and unfortunately We left disappointed. This location did not have the same quality I've come to expect from Springhill. The building and lobby looked a bit run down and in need of some minor repairs. The room was not updated and in need of some cleaning and repair. The bathroom had mold on some of the caulking and a few spots in the ceiling. The vent fan was also pretty gross. The shower surround was original to the room and belonged in a budget hotel, and so on. To the positive, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wouldn't stay here again

Scary area. Uneasy feeling. Large groups of people at front entrance smoking. I ended up not staying.

Yeah it's soulless corporate decor but the staff is very nice and the rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette having a fridge and micro.

The wedding staff was extremely pleasant, professional, and attentive with all of our event requests. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, which gave us plenty of room to get ready for the big day. On top of that, the breakfast options were easily the best I've ever had at a hotel! My only minor feedback is that it would be helpful to have hooks on the doors or walls to hang dresses and formal wear. Overall, this location was a wonderful place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Everything seemed clean for the most part with your normal wear and tear you see at most hotels. The one thing that bothered me was there was still hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived, the vent in the bathroom was very dusty like it is never cleaned and the silverware in the drawer in the kitchen was still dirty. Bed was nice and comfortable and ac worked great. Service was mediocre. Nothing stood out to me. Desk personnel weren't overly friendly as they are at some hotels. I would say overall we had a pretty good stay, especially for the price.

It was like a mini apartment and was very spacious. There was plenty of closet space and it came with a nice kitchen. I was very comfortable and felt extremely safe the 5 nights I was here. It would have been easy to stay here long term up to a month. The staff here was incredible. I absolutely loved Tai. She was very nice on the phone and just as lovely in person. I also appreciated Stephanie. Overall, easy 5/5 stars. I will absolutely be staying here again!!!!I

I stayed here for 5 nights in April. I booked this hotel based on the recommendation of colleagues…read morethat stayed here recently. We try to stay with the Hilton brand to maximize point accumulation and this also satisfied that expectation. I booked ahead online, checked in and selected my room with the Hilton app before my arrival. I was working several miles South of the hotel but my colleagues staying and working at the same location convinced me this was a good area and good place to stay. The drive back and forth to the Wilmington area was consumed with traffic on I-93 in the direction I was going everyday. I was surprised to find out the traffic on I-93 was so much the "breakdown" lanes (shoulder) on the highway was open going South toward Boston from 6-10am and going North away from Boston from 3-7pm. The room was perfect for what I needed and it was very quiet. I booked a King studio suite which includes a small kitchenette. There was a king bed with a couch and coffee table with an ottoman under the coffee table. The kitchenette included a sink, microwave, smaller stovetop and a full size fridge. I stopped at a nearby grocery store when I arrived and purchased a few items to have in my room. My checked bag had significant damage to one of the wheels which compromised the hard case. I was concerned it would not last on the return trip. I chose to purchase a new bag on Amazon instead of driving and searching for something. I had it delivered to the front desk with my name. I let them know ahead of time that it would be arriving. When I got the notification it arrived, I went to the front desk after work and picked it up. It worked flawlessly and I was able to use the new suitcase to get my belongings safely home. Overall it was a good stay, quiet and comfortable. It was easy in and out and not too far from my work. However, I do not like the area or the traffic. This is way too busy for my liking. I likely have to travel here again but I would rather be visiting an area with far less traffic.

I'm giving 5 stars based on the employees!!!!!! AWESOME PEOPLE!!…read moreThe hotel itself was great. Clean room, nice lobby and breakfast area. Ample snacks and drinks in the lobby. But THE STAFF, OMG! So, I broke my ankle in my room while staying there. When I called the front desk the staff immediately came up to my room. Even with COVID, they physically helped me down to the lobby. They got me ice and some water and called the ambulance. They stayed with me the whole time we were waiting and kept me calm. I know the man's name was Kenny and I believe the woman was Evelyn but I'm not sure. (I have it written down but I'm on crutches and it's across the room so I'm sorry if the name is wrong). I tried tipping them but they refused the money and were sincerely just concerned about my welfare. Great people. When I got back that night they were gone but the employee who was working was so nice. The Ice machine on my floor was broken so when I called the front desk he brought ice up for me. The next day I saw Kenny who immediately asked me the results (yes, broken ankle). He immediately told me if I needed anything to just call and he'd bring it up. I was in room 503 which is obviously 5th floor but last room on the right lol. Far walk w crutches. Before I left, I insisted he take a tip and I hope he got a great lunch or something on me. Wish it was more. I'd definitely come back. I'll be writing a letter to their boss as well. He needs to know what great people he has working for him.

Complimentary breakfast is standard but fine for what it is. Hotel seems well kept and clean. One tip, if it rains avoid parking in the rear parking lot. A creek runs behind the hotel and when it crested overnight some cars were stuck in deep water... the hotel offered to help retrieve cars so folks wouldn't need to walk through water approaching knee level. They should have warned folks at check in

Deducting two stars for a few reasons- Housekeeping opened my door without knocking several times before checkout time. Different people every time, huge invasion of privacy. This hotel was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had…read more As we walked to our assigned room, the hallway had a strong marijuana odor, and the same odor was immediately noticeable inside our room. We promptly reported it to the front desk. The housekeeping manager, the housekeeping room auditor, and the hotel manager accompanied us to inspect the room. Despite the obvious odor, all three insisted they could not smell marijuana and suggested that what we were smelling was simply the cleaning solution. It was clearly not a cleaning product--it was the distinct smell of marijuana. Our concerns were later validated when a painting contractor accompanied me back to the room to retrieve an item that I had accidentally left behind. Without any prompting, the contractor also commented that he smelled marijuana in the room. This confirmed that the odor was real and not simply our perception. I was also concerned that a painting contractor--not hotel management or security--was allowed to accompany a guest into the room to retrieve personal belongings. That raised questions about the hotel's security procedures and guest privacy. Had I read the Yelp reviews before making my reservation, I would have chosen a different hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was consistent with many of the negative reviews. Between the persistent marijuana odor, the dismissal of our legitimate concerns by hotel management, and the questionable handling of guest security, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
