Nate and I have had their food twice now - once was a complimentary pizza order during their soft opening period, and we just ordered delivery over a lazy holiday weekend. We got the supreme pizza and cheesy bread on our most recent order, and have also tried the caprese salad and rustica pizza. The menu includes lots of options beyond pizza - appetizers, subs, wraps, salads, pasta, stromboli, and dessert! They have vegan cheese and cauliflower crust options too. Online ordering is quick and easy through the Franca's Pizzeria website, and I like that they use their own delivery drivers. The charge for delivery was only $4 which isn't bad, especially considering all the upcharges for third-party delivery services these days. I ordered ahead for a later time and it arrived a few minutes early. All the food was hot and fresh. The supreme pizza has ham, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, and onion. The hand tossed crust is a medium thickness, but they also have thick crust as an option. The toppings were plentiful and fresh, and I loved the sausage. The sauce is not overly sweet, so it gets a thumbs up from me. The cheesy bread is really good! It's not super tough or crunchy, I like that it's pillowy in the middle. You can get extra cheese, but I thought the regular amount was plenty. We also loved the caprese salad - it was super fresh, with a nice amount of fresh mozzarella and dressed nicely. It was nice to have a bit of a healthy side to go with our tasty pizza. Franca's rates slightly above Peppino's for me (my other favorite local pizza spot), mostly due to their unique toppings and specialty pizza combinations. I'm super intrigued by the campagnola: margherita sauce, caramelized mushrooms and onions, sausage, bleu cheese, tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. It's thin crust here. By the slice was about $2.50ish, but it's not a large NYC type slice, it's likely half that size. I tried 2 different slices, one had serrano green sauce on it with chicken, another had pepperoni and other meats. Overall the pizzas were okay. A bit on the dry side, flavor was okay, I was expecting more of a robust flavor profile but it was still okay - that's why we ended up at 3-stars. Nothing outta this world here but the pizzas overall (IMO) look more appetizing than they really are. They are not the best pizza in GR by any means, but I really do like the thin crust - - so you don't feel weighted down with extra bread. And I would entertain going back to get a whole pizza on their menu and give them another shot and see how that goes.

Ran across their food truck at Wildwood Family Farms. Pera has the goods. I had the Kurdish pizza with extra sujuk - and it was exceptional. The folks running the truck were incredibly friendly. I can't wait to try more. I can't wait to actually patron the restaurant. Wildwood is also just a fantastic way to sit on the lawn and listen to some music relaxed and calm atmosphere.

We had a group of about 13 people and they just had small pub tables that fit 4 people each. But no problem because he was willing to organize the whole front room and put 4 of those tables side by side to accommodate all of us. He did it happily and without complaints.
