This used to be a favorite spot for a pizza, but that was about five or six years ago. A lot has changed, and this place isn't worth the visit, my time or my money any more. They used to be run like a family business, with courtesy and a real sense of doing what is right. I don't know what has happened, but this place is now just outright awful. This is our new go to place for excellent pizza! Many of the toppings are house made and delicious. The crust is always perfect with a choice of regular or thin crust. Last night we shared a large deluxe with neighbors and there were leftovers because the toppings are substantial. It's always delivered in the time they tell us and is often a little early. I went in with a group of people on a night that has 1/2 off desserts and 1/2 off martinis. They should have put 1/2 off on their food because it was not worth what I paid. I ordered an Olive burger without tomato and onions with a side of sweet potato fries. Simple enough! I ended up with an olive burger that was skimpy on the olives and piled high with onions and tomatoes. The chef must not understand that the true pleasure of an olive burger is the amount of OLIVES and not the others toppings. We ordered pizza last week and I was very surprised how not that great it was. We ordered a meat lover's and a supreme. The crust was good and there were a lot of toppings. I mean a lot but there was pretty much no cheese or sauce. It was like someone brushed the thinnest layer of sauce as possible on the pizza's and forgot the cheese. It had no flavor. I'm not too fond of large metal pieces in my pizza. Thank God my two 1 1/2 year olds and 3 YO did not choke on it!!! I called location to report and they said they were just talking about it. Their bubble poker broke off and they couldn't find it but they sent the pizza's out anyway.... Then, I was offered a free pizza. When I said I was done eating there, they offered a refund. BUT I would have to go pick it up because they couldn't refund my credit card. I tried to contact the owner and GM of the franchise multiple times and NO RESPONSE. I order up to three pizzas a month from Peppinos my go to pizza place. I had to cook dinner for the youth group and ordered over 100.00 worth of food from this place to take to the event. The food was delivered to me and I transported it to the church. I never touched the food the delivery driver put it safely in my car. Once I got the food in the church and opened the first bag all the sauces pizza sauce, ranch dressing and any other dressing had spilled over into the bottom of the bag, very messy but can be expected. I ordered wings, salad, and breadsticks. So I get to the chicken wings which cost $50.00 and the skin was rubbery and not completely cooked. I called them (not asking for a refund) to let them know spoke with Kara and she told me her exact words "that's how they cook their wings when there is no sauce on them", (yikes) really. So you partially cook Peppinos wings when there is no sauce on them, if you eat undercooked chicken, you can get a foodborne illness, also called food poisoning. We just moved into the neighborhood last week. As our world is still in disarray, we have been consistently eating out. The night we moved in, I tried and failed to order Dominos. Boy am I glad something went wrong because we found Peppino's! We ordered two large pizzas. One pepperoni, one sausage. They were just right. Not too thin, not too thick, not too greasy, chewy crust, and just enough sauce (a healthy amount). The staff was efficient and friendly. And the prices were very reasonable (about $10 a pizza). We enjoyed it so much, we ordered it again when my in laws came up a few days later. I highly recommend this pizza. read more

Best pizza I have ever had. Yes it's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. You may be thinking to your self, " Self, I really want to hit up their sports bar." In which I would respond through ESP or the Yelp equivalent, "Nooooooooo" (in my best Darth Vader voice). The sports bar has all these other foods that also have to cook meaning they can't concentrate on pizza making. But if you hit up this fabulous (say it with some flair) pizzeria you're getting fresh ingredients put together by people who specialize in pizza. Your taste buds are going to disco heaven. Or if you have bad memories of disco and John travolta, they'll be going to Disney world. Also, to the guy who found a spike in their food. Yeah, that stunk and it was dangerous. But they gave a decent effort to make it up. Free pizza and a refund. So inconvenient for you to have to go in to get a refund because the technology probably wouldn't let them. Usually they need to reswipe the card to refund it. You know that that means? They didn't steal your card information and no one else can either. Talk about protecting your customers. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of the delivery range. I had pizza delivered to my house a week ago (roughly 5 miles away). I tried to order $50 worth of pizza last night for my family, received a call back saying that "it was a mistake" that it was delivered to my house last time. We've been ordering from here since we moved here 4 years ago. It used to be my favorite. However between their really long delivery time ( 45-90 minutes) and the decline in quality, it's now getting 3 stars. Their flavors are great. I would have given 5 stars, but I was really irritated that they quoted us a 30 minute pickup time, and it ended up being over 50 minutes. When we went to pick up the pizza, my husband gave his name, she checked the warmers, and there was no pizzas with our name on it. The cashier then went to the kitchen to check on our order, only to find the order ticket still in line to be made. She took the ticket down, circled our order and pointed it out to the pizza chef as she put it back into the clips. Our pizza had not even been started! Had a surprise party here for my moms 60th birthday last weekend. We had a party of 15 and they really did a great job. They were the only pizza place I could find that would take a reservation on a Saturday for a large group. Our server Ali did a great job helping us serve a cake we brought in. Ordered the Quattro Fromaggio pizza. I didn't realize the Gorgonzola cheese was bluish and thought it was meat. Got that sorted out with wait staff. Okay, but this pizza was also supposed to have fresh mozzarella and basil. There was no fresh mozzarella or basil on this pizza. Also, pizza was baked terribly. It was bubbling up in way too many spots and the cheese just slid off the top leaving a wet, tough crust. Not crispy or chewy, just thin and tough. Staff never checked back with us or asked us how we were doing. I could hear them talking loudly in the back and someone said they didn't have fresh mozzarella. I ate a couple pieces and picked at a third. Didn't even bother taking home the rest. $12.99 for a large pizza that sucked and crappy service. read more

I am only giving one star because they force you too. We order 3 subs to pick up. When we got them the lettuce was nasty wilted like they put the lettuce on before they toasted it. The other one was so soggy we couldn't even pick it up. I called them to tell them and told them we expected fresh ones delivered. Instead of being concerned as we are customers. We got nothing but excuses. We looked we don't have any brown lettuce and I have never seen anyone put lettuce through oven. The manager refused to come to phone.
