If I could I'd give zero stars because I didn't even get to eat their food!!! Front line customer service on the phone at the Lowell location is condescending and lazy. Their website claims delivery up to 7 miles. I looked up the distance beforehand so I wouldn't waste my time and we're 5.3 miles from the restaurant. After giving the guy on the phone a cross street he said we were too far away. I repeated the distance to him. No changing his mind. "It's too far." I don't care if it's a Michelin Starred pizzeria and they gave me pizza every night for a year. Until they change their attitude I highly recommend never eating from there. read more

We ordered a pizza for pickup. When we got there, the manager was servicing another customer and deep in conversation. The customer had already paid for his purchase. After waiting for well over seven or eight minutes for the manager to end the discussion, we gave up and left without our pizza. Guess customer service is not high on their list. read more

Finally, after a long day of dealing with insane people and locking keys in a car I ordered and picked-up my dream. It was nothing short of magestic. The pizza was hot, tasty and fresh. It hit every note on the symphony of my soul. The bread sticks were that of legend. Buttery, logs of glorious carbs that somehow were made better by the small pools they call cups of dipping sauce. Recently moved to Lowell from Ada. Decided to try a new pizza place. I purposefully waited to order until I got there to scope the place out. Walked in to place my order and was greeted by a very friendly employee who treated me like he's known me forever. Asked him a few questions about the menu and he took the time to answer them even though he had several orders waiting to make. Decided on a 18" pepperoni and ham pizza. Rang me up and told me it would be about 20 minutes. While I was waiting on the pie, a '56 Ford pickup pulled in across the street at Speedway. He sprung up a conversation about his '55 Fairlane and that's what we talked about during my visit. Very friendly employee. Many businesses could take a lesson or two from him. Arriving home, I put the delicious smelling pizza on the stove and gathered the wife and kids together to eat. The house was filled with wonderful smells of garlic, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, and crust. I'm a bit of a pizza snob, so the first bite of a new pie is always the most important. The cheese should stick to the crust and not come off in one large chunk. The crust should be firm, yet not over-baked. The sauce should be slightly spicy with Italian herbs, yet have a tiny sweet side. The topping should always be fresh and tasty. This pizza was all of those! And as an added bonus, they season the handles with butter and Parmesan cheese - so it's like having the bonus of eating a breadstick. All in all, the family loved it! Excellent pizza. Friendly owner and employees. This reminds me of a throwback to my childhood pizza joint in New Jersey. It's got that local neighborhood feel to it that does not come with the national franchises, and more importantly, the pizza does not taste like the box. I checked out all the local pizza places after moving here from Chicago a few years ago. It took me a while to find Three Brothers, but well worth the wait. I'm a fan of straight cheese pizza due to those Jersey roots and this place has it. My family prefers all kinds of goodies on there like ham, pineapple, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, etc., so we've sampled many of their choices. All delicious. Highly recommended. read more

Menu shows $6.95 for a sub, then charges $9.50 (nearly a 50 % price increase?) I asked to add mushrooms, and hold the sauce but I do want the jalapenos. They then tell me jalapenos are extra even though the menu shows them as part of the sub and they will be extra as well. Not to mention, There web menu is totally different than there store menu on pricing and toppings. After false advertising and poor customer service, We WILL NOT be back! read more

Excellent homemade old school pizza parlor pizza! Very friendly staff and owner. My kids thought it was some of the best pizza they have had! We ordered three pizzas and some wings last night. We got a meat lovers, bbq chicken pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The pizzas were really good. Plenty of quality toppings and an excellent crust. The chicken wings could have been cooked a little longer, but we're meaty and flavorful. Deliver was spot on with the expectation they set when i ordered. My wife goes in there in the evenings camera to pick up an order placed. They ask for a tip above and beyond the price that they charge. This is happened twice. They were young kids and they were intimidating my wife. The menus I have the menus on the counter just say the meatball dinner at 7:50 with tax is 825 for the past two weekends I've been ordering it at 8:25. Today they say no it's 875 and I go what do you mean and I got the menu says 7.50 he says no it's 875 total. This is why I'd like to speak to the manager he was on the owner. I said OK where is your menu that says this pricing he said that's what I'm looking at. He says you're going to order or not. If he was one of the three brothers the owner he would've expressed himself better and I'm sure with a better customer service. At this matter I believe those young cronies intimidate my wife they make up their own pricing. We even picked up the menu on the counter today. It still says 750. The service is terrible they're letting their business go downhill by people that don't care about the business. I will continue to spread this terrible and upsetting business even though I love the food. Used to be a pretty good place, but not anymore. They are very inconsistent with their pizzas. I guess it might depend on who makes them. The last one I had was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The cheese was just resting in a massive pool of sauce on limp soggy crust, and slid off every piece that was picked up. Sad to say, but the last time I got a hot and ready Little Caesar's pizza was better. Also, I've seen their wet burrito making process and I'm sure it's the same process everywhere. Bring out white plastic (GFS, Sysco) bucket full of already cooked ground beef, stuff tortilla, add foodservice taco sauce, top with flavorless tomato,half-wilted lettuce cores,and cheese. Nuke. Found this place through Yelp and called them a few hours ahead of time and placed the order. Delivery was right on time as we agreed on and the girls all loved the pizza. So that was a success. The quality of the pizza has declined, sadly. We used to order 2-3 times per month. The last two pizzas have been disappointing. The crust was not cooked in the middle. The toppings are always generous. Their subs are still very good. I will continue to try their pizza every couple of months to see if it gets better. If you can stomach the horrible customer service this place has decent pizzas. If you're looking to have pizzas delivered for hungry kids definitely avoid this pizza shop. Hours after ordering we were rummaging through our freezers trying to find something to feed kids who waited patiently for their pizza treat. I called to inquire and the young man told me a refund wasn't possible and that I could have the old pizzas. To top it off, should you have an incident or should your pizzas just not show up as promised don't attempt to speak to a manager because there isn't one. There is however a franchise owner who will argue and blame away his business issues. He seems intent on making the customer feel as though below average business ethic is the standard across the board and the young employees horrible attitude, rude comments and lack of customer commitment is a common trait in America youth today.
