I am personally upset over the last review of Papa K's, and consider it an attack on the owner by either a recently dismissed employee with an axe to grind with the owner, or a jealous competitor, in my opinion. I personally know Tom and the management. I know how hard they work to make sure every guest leaves satisfied and willing to return. Mistakes happen. Tom and the staff bend over backwards to right mistakes. I doubt a mistake this egregious would be met so cavalierly; or if it ever happened at all. You see, I KNOW the beef is kept in the freezer until it is used to fill the daily beef container, and is then placed back INTO the freezer until its next use. I implore you to stop by, see Tom and the crew, and enjoy some of the tastiest food in Grand Rapids! read more

In my opinion this is the best pizza in Ada. Top notch ingredients, and great crust. The others in town seem to use bread dough, this to me is more in line with a proper pizza dough. I'll drift once in a while just to retry the others again, but always go back here in the end. Great service too! read more

Pizza is mediocre for the price. The subs were a bit light on their fillings. Sorry yet this Pom can not recommend.

Great flavor and especially the crust. Good chew. It's a family operation so we like to support them.

Very good pizza and quick delivery. Food is always excellent and hot. Side orders are great too

My kids really love the pizza and breadsticks from Papa K, and the owners are super nice.

Tried their steak, onion, & mushroom pizza but swapped mozarella for the blue cheese. Oh my. It was delicious!! It had a buttery taste, even though there was no butter. So good. You must. read more

Severely underrated pizza in the Ada, Lowell, Forest Hills area. Cheaper than Vitale's, but so much better. Don't skip this joint, tip your drivers. read more

My husband and I have ordered pizza from here several times and have always enjoyed their pizza and cheesy breadsticks!

Better than Little Ceasers, but not to the quality of Andrea's, Vitalie's, or Jt's. Toppings are good portions but crust is Fair. read more

Have lived in Ada the last 10 years and finally got around to trying Papa K's. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I've since ordered it three times for delivery and every time it has been consistently good and very hot, even with delivery. Much better than any of the other local options and priced fairly. 10/10 read more

Papa K just delivered an over cooked pizza. Not acceptable when you're more expensive than other local options. Last pie was much better, not sure how this was allowed to leave the building read more

I cannot believe the fact that the "manager" was not wearing a mask. Absolutely disgusting. I will NOT be coming back. No thanks. Did not want a side of COVID-19 for worse than mediocre pizza! Maybe tell him to wear a mask with his out-of-style jorts. read more

Papa K is disgusting I found this on my pizza absolutely terrible. We tried to give it another try and we got the tacos. The tacos were completely wrong. I asked for shredded lettuce and they put one chunk of lettuce on there. It's dirty in there, boxes everywhere. Very poorly managed and very lazy workers. read more

Best pizza in town!! I recommend the Mac and cheese pizza! It's delicious! Employees are very friendly and helpful!

Papa K's is awesome! The BBQ chicken cheese bread sticks are a personal favorite. This is my favorite pizza place!

I have never had a bad pizza until I ordered from here. We ordered a BLT pizza and asked for the lettuce on the side, open up the container with the lettuce and its BROWN. Few days later we wanted to give them another chance since there close, we got a Stromboli that was soggy and uneatable and a salad which on the menu claims is with romaine but was with iceberg which was again brown. read more

Ok, so we ordered the spinach cheddar & the meat lovers on a hand tossed butter parm crust- whoa We have had the gold standard pep&sausage; the combo cherry chicken (yes) and tonight ANOTHER meat lovers with the spinach cheddar- now I know why this place is ALWAYS busy and blows Vitales out-of-the-ballpark; plus the place is IMMACULATE mustmustmust read more

We recently gave Papa K's a second chance after being disappointed when they first opened. They have greatly improved and we now believe they have the best pizza in Ada Twp. Pepperoni pizza with a butter parmesan crust is delish as was the #8 Garlic Parmesan Spinach Bistro Flatbread. Very very good with fair prices. read more

Love this place! High quality, consistently good pizza, subs and flatbread. Their flatbreads are exquisite. A slightly healthier version of pizza and they offer some great flavor combinations and some nice vegetarian options. This is a nice family owned business and the customer service is top notch. They recently added some delectable, fresh homemade baked goods and my waistline isn't happy about it but my tastebuds are! read more

I have been ordering pizza and breadsticks from this place since it opened... and it still is impressive with the quality of both service and food... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! read more

4-stars for food but only 1 star for speed. Had to wait 30 minutes for a takeout sandwich order and there were no customers eating in at the time. Luckily everyone liked their sandwich but probably won't give it another try due to this unfortunate first impression. I just don't have 30 minutes to sit around for a sandwich. read more

Great pizza, love the garlic crust! Good prices and fast service. A go-to dinner option for us when we have a rushed night.

Their seasoned crusts are amazing! Pair that with the 9 topping "The Works", Mmmmm! They are very nice people who accommodate special orders, the store is always clean, and the food is made with fresh ingredients. Love their salad choices! read more

The pizza here is AMAZING. In comparison to Jets or Little Ceasers, this place is reasonably good. To be honest, JT's is better but this place is still fun to order pizza for a family pizza night. read more

Let me start by saying two things. One, I don't normally write reviews, second, I have been a meat cutter for 35 years. Was in Michigan to see my son. We decided to have pizza, and I had been to Papa K's in Bellaire Michigan and really liked it. The Ada location is nothing like Bellaire. The service was terrible, and the owner himself waited on us. He was more interested in making himself look good than worrying about getting our order. Then to top things off the Hamburger on the pizza was rotten. I took the pizza back to the front, and told the owner, who replied " Yeah that happens sometimes because we don't use hamburger very much" WHAT??? I mean what kind of idiot puts rotten hamburger on a pizza, because they don't "USE VERY MUCH?" I should have called the health inspector then and there, but didn't. The more I think about this though, the more I'm amazed that a man can own a business, and not care if he's using rotten meat. How many times does this take before your child gets food poisoning, and possibly dies? Like I said, I'm a meat cutter, and know the food code laws, and if they have this attitude, what is their sanitation like? How much E Coli, and bacteria are running rampant? I post this review not to hurt Papa K's, but to maybe save you from getting sick, or worse! Do not eat here!!!!! read more
