Small micro brewery, located outside of Grand Rapids. Flights available. Was a bit disappointed with the service and the friendliness of the staff compared to most venues in the area.. The staff seemed as if it was an inconvenience to to serve customers. Fair amount of parking and nice area of town.

I fell in here looking for a local place to grab a local beer and a bite. Service was slow.... but it was friendly. The food was nicely prepared, unique selections, and good. The crowd was very nice. The place was clean.

Absolute rip off. $10-$12 for a HOTDOG. I also ordered the "flat bread".... uhhhhh more like $15 nacho chip with an essence of flavor and a light hand when topping the communion wafer they call bread. They "chef" is dillusional if they think this menu is sustainable. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

is a craft brewery with a variety of beers on tap and a menu built up of appetizers, wings, and flatbreads! They have both indoor and patio seating which makes for the perfect spot to go out with friends whether rain or shine! Great cider and menu. Stopped in for a pint and a bite to eat was busy but didn't take long to get a seat.

Food and beer decent. Prices are wrong on the online QR code from table. Didn't adjust price when we pointed it out.

Unfortunately they no longer allow dogs on their side patio that has a separate entrance so a no go for us.

I had heard that this place had good food, but because the price point was a bit higher than average, I wanted to try it for myself before bringing my family. The service was attentive and friendly. The food, however, did not meet expectations. I found the deviled eggs to be overcooked and a bit rubbery while simultaneously lacking flavor. The presentation was nice but I care more about the taste than how it looks. The Tavern Smash Burger does not seem to know what it wants to be. The patties were thicker than a traditional smash burger, lacking the juiciness of a regular burger while also missing the caramelization of your typical smash patty. The accompanying "Chef's Sauce" for the burger was not particularly flavorful and there was not enough acidic content to counter the fattiness of the burger. The bacon that topped the burger was cubed pieces that were chewy and frankly off-putting, and I found myself wishing for crispy bacon strips instead. All in all, I really wanted to love this place, but I just don't. The food wasn't terrible, but also nowhere near good enough to justify the cost or make me want to stop back in.

Coming from someone who loves a hoppy IPA and an amber, they combined my two worlds into one. So, it was a natural easy love. For my next, I went with their "Blinky's Black IPA" which was good but got more a weak porter feel than IPA. Like I said, it was good and I'd drink it again but with that expectation. FOOD: I went with an olive burger with be try fresh and real ingredients. The burger itself was full of flavor; add the rest of it and it was phenomenal. If I had to complain about something, I could have used a touch more olive sauce. Now the egg roll... I went with the "Guava the Hutt". I'll just say, I ordered two to go in hopes I can resurrect them in the air fryer later. The back half of the building is a pickleball area and the front half is the brewery and restaurant. Very cool look as they have a few shipping containers as sitting areas. Plenty of seating where I didn't feel jammed in. Also, a few arcade games. The service was friendly but know that it is minimal as you will order from the QR code at your table and order drinks at the bar. Definitely worth checking out and plan on returning.
