Eating during a medical pandemic can get boring and oddly enough stressful. Mr. MVP is working from home, so I am now prepping snacks and meals for both of us for the entire week and that takes a lot of planning and sometimes I run out of energy or the supermarket simply does not have essentials in stock. We have had a few nights of creative ketogenic eating. We typically do not eat out and when we do we are extremely fussy. I read that BC Pizza had pizza bowls about seven months ago, but I decided to keep it as a fact in the back of my brain to pull out in case of a meal emergency. This week was a meal emergency. We have made our own pizza bowls before, so the concept is not new to us. Having someone else make them for us and not be able to control the ingredients however is. I did look on BC's website and the nutrition information is a little wiggly - 9 net carbs for the keto bowl, but no breakdown of why. I fasted all day, so I had 15 total carbs to eat and was not horribly worried. Mr. MVP was able to eat an entire bowl. I had half. It was loaded with cheese. There was too much cheese for me. Mr. MVP said it was the perfect amount for him, but I would have been happy with half the amount. They layer cheese on the bottom as a crust layer and I think if we order these again I will ask them to skip this initial cheese layer. In the middle BC puts all the meat and sauce and then more cheese. There is a lot of meat. This is a really filling and solid pizza option for a ketoer. As I had half - and if the nutrition is correct - 4.5 net carbs is an okay deal for a full meal. The entire bowl is 720 calories. We had Grub Hub deliver and because we had never used them before we had a $10 coupon. It was contactless and very smooth. read more

Follow up on my last 3 tries that had gone wrong, this last one was no improvement. Hiring is difficult, I get it, but maybe dont offer delivery ‍ I would rather they didn't offer it than wait 2 hours. I thought by now they would have fixed the delivery issues... Just come for the pizza because the subs are not good. I had an Italian sub but should have went with instincts and went to subway. Too much tasteless mozzarella cheese instead of provolone and a few tiny slices of meat. I asked for onions and got chopped up chunks of red onions on it...mistake. Interior is shabby and staff needs to understand the atmosphere is about the customer. We don't need to hear you singing in the kitchen or your beats playing from the kitchen. I should probably clarify that my earlier less positive comments were directed solely to the Lowell location. We eventually gave up on the Lowell location completely after a dine-in visit during the power outage this past winter, during which we experienced some utterly unsupervised children literally having the run of the place (at full volume and all around at high speed, sliding around on the floors, scampering in and out of the bathrooms -- goodness, were they playing with flushing objects down the potty? sure sounded that way). The staff looked embarrassed when we asked them to impose a little peace and quiet; we were told the unmannerly minors were the owner's offspring. We have now tried the Belding location, and find it to be far superior in all respects. So, five stars for Belding, but for the Lowell BC -- nope. We weren't impressed. We ordered 3 sandwiches 2 Italian and a taco sub. The Italians were over priced for the amount of meat that went on and Taco Bell's plain taco has more meat in it than a 10 inch sandwich here. The bread was extremely over cooked and almost burnt. I placed an order with your store at 5:42 last night, and I walked in your store at 6:30 and was told my order didn't exist as I watched tickets fall from your printer and onto the floor, assuming that's where my ticket magically disappeared to. I was told when ordering it would be 30-35 minutes "but we're getting pretty busy, so I can't say", whatever that means. Went here with a group of around 25 during lunch time. We called ahead and left a message and they were willing to accommodate. Most of our group got the lunch buffet, which had a variety of pizzas, and was restocked with breadsticks often. The best part of the buffet though was definitely the cinnamon breadsticks. A lot of my friends use to work at BC and they do not treat their employees right. The food is good, but the owners steal the workers tips. Don't put money on credit or debit cards, and definitely do not put cash in the jar. You have to physically hand it to them, or the owners will take it from their hardworking employees. They also don't follow the mask mandate. I won't eat there ever again just because I know how it feels as an employee to not be appreciated. Absolutely horrible. We're talking hundreds of dollars a week that they could give to their minimum waged workers, but no they would rather take it and put it into their real estate business. read more

I have ordered BLT subs several times and have received it with only bacon, no bacon, bad tomatoes, missing pizza and tonight is the final time. First they delivered 2 pizzas and breadsticks, not my order, not the pizza my husband eats and no wings. I call the gal said "im not sure what to do" nicely I explained the order we got needed to be remade and delivered and she said another driver already left with our right order. Ordered over the phone. When I went in for pick up, only the cashier was wearing a face covering. 4 people in the back, making the pizzas, did not have a masks. I told the cashier to cancel my order and why I was cancelling. As I was leaving she told the fellow workers that there was free pizza since I cancelled my order. Almost celebrating the free pizza. I understand some people do not agree with masks and not here to debate that but it is the mandate right now and food service are required to wear masks. read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience with BC. The buffet is pretty good there. The pizzas there are amazing. I ordered a buy one get one free deal today on an XL pizza, and they didn't skimp on the toppings. I asked them to deliver it as close to noon as possible and it arrived at 12:01. We ordered pizza from BC tonight and our overall experience was fantastic! We order via phone and had it delivered. The guy on the phone was very helpful and you could tell he enjoyed his job! Also, the delivery was here in 25 min!! I didn't even know that was possible, usually we wait close to an hour. I also noticed on the receipt that they don't charge a delivery fee, which I think is great because usually that fee doesn't go back to the driver but in fact the manager or business...so more tip for the guy driving! Pizza was hot, fresh and it looked nice. We got the inferno-red sauce, jalapeno,banana pepper, pepperoni, sausage and pepper flakes and buffalo chicken-spicy chicken, spicy ranch sauce, mozzarella and feta. The crust on both were a wonderful hand tossed, NY style. (the crust was my favorite part of a pizza) not sure if it's home made but its awesome. The inferno was our favorite. Spicy, zesty and just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The buffalo chicken was also delicious. However it was a bit cheesy and saucy. I guess a little sloppy, but good. Weird, sweet, bread yeast smell when you come in. Clean place, nice service, fast delivery. My biggest beef with this place is the sweet squishy crust and how they skimp on toppings. Order fresh mushrooms and you'll get maybe a teaspoon of mushroom debris on a small pizza (not exaggerating). I've ordered fresh mushrooms multiple times and there has never been a whole slice of fresh mushroom. Growing weary of this place. Let's get Jet's!!! read more

I had a truly extraordinary exceptional experience ordering from BC tonight. The person who took my order delivered customer service above and beyond that of an average pizza take out employee. I know for a fact he provided me with the absolute best discount available and he also enthusiastically assured me the pizza would be cooked properly when I voiced concern over the under cooking of my pizza at a non-affiliated BC Pizza by my house. The pizza ended up perfectly baked and they also put on generous amounts of toppings and cheese. He also showed a high level of appreciation for my business when I told him I drove in from GR because I find BC to be the best of the fast food pizza chains and worth going out of my way for. I truly felt like a valued customer and for as good as the pizza was the service actually managed to make the meal even better. A+ read more

Terrible customer service! We normally love BC Pizza but will never step foot in this particular store again. We arrived at 1:40pm on Saturday. We walked past the buffet to the counter, there were still 4-5 tables with people but the buffet had less than a full pizza between the 2 different kinds on the buffet and all of the salad items. We wanted to order the buffet but she was very adamant we would not be having that. There was still 20 minutes left before 2 (the buffet goes from 11-2 on Saturday). We were told there was "only 15 minutes left" of the buffet and offered a "special of a large 3-topping pizza and bread sticks". I stated I just wanted a salad (meaning off their regular menu) and turned to my family to see what they wanted to do. The guy in the back came up and said they had a "large group coming in at 2" so they wouldn't be able to put more pizza out and the gal running the register very rudely and loudly said at that point "I will be pulling the cold stuff off the salad bar in 15 minutes whether you're done or not!" I never even had a chance to explain I was talking about a salad from their regular menu. We walked out, we do not need to pay for someone to be rude to us, we can get that for free! I emailed the corporate office last Sunday (the day after this incident) and never got a response from anyone, this is Friday. Before I post a review of a business on the internet, I like to give them time to make things right. At this point I feel this particular franchise owner endorses the poor treatment of their customers. I was a manager of a restaurant for many years and would never tolerate this treatment toward customers and would personally feel terrible if knew a family was treated in this manner under my management. ***Update*** I just received an email from the owner of the Lowell BC Pizza and I did give an extra star based on his response. He invited us to come back so he could offer the proper experience. I'm glad this was not completely ignored. Based on his response, I can now feel and endorse that they are willing to address situations appropriately. read more
