When it first opened, we were excited to have a new place. But then we ordered the pizza and it was flavorless. The cheese was not good and neither was the crust. We were very sad about that. But we thought after six months may be able to get better so we tried it again The same not good. Then two years went by and my husband said hey let's just try them one more time still the same flavorless crust, flavorless sauce, and the cheese not good either sadly but it's not our cup of tea, but maybe others love it but for us Not good. read more

First time here! Wonderful pizza that has fresh tasting ingredients. I got their Andiamo's pizza (of course as I assumed it was their flagship pizza). I really liked the broccoli on it and actually wish there was more or it was chopped up more. Their cheese blend is also very tasty and has a nice amount of saltiness. This isn't a greasy pizza either. I am not a fan of the crust as there wasn't a lot of stand alone flavor. I will continue to go back and keep trying their other foods! read more

My girlfriend did a LOT of research to find the best local pizza place. After thorough research we decided on this. We ordered a large 3 topping pizza and bread sticks for $13.99 with garlic butter dipping sauce. The food arrived well before the hour they quoted us for delivery. Both the pizza and bread sticks came nice and hot. The bread sticks were soft and garlicky and buttery, the pizza came nice and melty, and the garlic butter we ordered on the side was also melted, but not liquidy. I'm very particular about sugary pizza sauces, and this one had the perfect blend of robustness and sweetness. The cheese was well melted, and the toppings were crispy and delicious. I've always considered breadsticks to be filler and something I'm never a big fan of. They were as soft as pillows and tasty all the way through. I actually went back for a second helping of JUST the bread sticks. I can honestly say that it has never happened. Great value, great tastes, and great service. I think I've found my favorite local pizza place. read more

We live in Holland, yet are currently caring for an elderly parent who resides in Wyoming. We wanted to order pizza on New Year's Eve, yet didn't know which places in the area might be good. After doing quite a bit of research, I chose Andiamos based on the reviews. The reviews were spot on! This place deserves 5 stars. Our pizza was outstanding. The sauce was delicious. Do NOT order from the online platform. even though you place an online order, it means nothing if the front counter person does not enter it. the online order tracking indicated it would be ready at a certain time as did the online platform. I waited the prescribed time period and went to pick it up. they then discovered that my order had not been processed. Fifteen minutes later I picked up my food and received nothing more than apology. how about a coupon for a future order? Food has been great, but this online order system should be discontinued. In town for work and grabbed a pizza and wings. Wings were undercooked as well as the pizza. Crust was great, good sauce and plenty of toppings, other than cheese. Pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Wings were chewy from not cooking long enough. I should have read the reviews before ordering but I went as standard as I could go on my first attempt at Andiamo's. The thin crust pizza was lack luster, a little too much cheese made me think an amateur made would have made it. Surprised to see that since most of the workers looked like they were straight from Italy, place was complete with little old Grandma hovering around the register. I like that, if she was sweeping the floor and yelling obscenities at the workers in Italian it would have been complete. Next time I'll try the calzone or at least their thicker crust. I thought the sauce was pretty good, not can tasting but I'm intrigued about this New York style sauce Joshua S. mentioned. I'll study the menu and come back around someday. Plenty of other pizza joints to cross off the list and some favorites I know I'll have a hankering for so when I'm not sure when but someday. read more

Gross and horrible service. Yikes... Got there at suggested time and the guy said "5 more mins." Ended up waiting 35-40 more mins because they forgot to put my order in and lied about it. Cheese breadsticks are something a 5 year old could make and pizza fell apart and was just gross. Would give one more star if they wouldn't have lied. read more

Disclaimer: I went only once and it was during lunch. I will, however, not be going back. I had the buffet. The food was decent at best. They only had one pizza at a time to feed the entire restaurant of buffet diners. We had to wait more than once as the pizza didn't last long. The presentation of the spaghetti was less than appealing (strewn about on a pizza pan). We had to ask for utensils. Condiments were dirty and not on every table. When I asked for pepper, the girl behind the counter looked over at a table across the restaurant, pointed at one that was almost empty, and said "there's one." The salad bar consisted of lettuce, cheese, bacon bits, onions, and three unmarked dressing bottles. Given all of negative aspects of this establishment, they did only charge $5.00 for an all-you-can-eat buffet. So, I guess the saying, "you get what you pay for" isn't too far off here. read more

I just had this pizza for the first time tonight. Let me say this; I wish there was one closer to my house in Muskegon. The crust is crispy, the sauce is deliciously sweet, but not sickeningly so. The pricing is pretty fair. Delivery was quick! On a Saturday night we ordered a Gluten Free Pizza for pickup and a Antipasto Salad. Since this place is approx 20 minutes away and the person taking the phone order said it would be ready in 25 minutes, I waited 5 minutes and left to pick the pizza up. As I was pulling into their parking lot my phone rand and their was no on on the call. I went inside to pickup the pizza and they could not find it. The lady, who I assume is the owner siad Oh we tried to call you because we ran out to Gluten Free Crusts. She said no more nad went on waiting on another customer. My family and I come here at least once a month. The owners are friendly and honest. For example, they gave us a free pasta because they had forgot chicken in a previous order. It's good food for a good price. We have tried a lot of things on the menu, and our favorites are the fettuccine Alfredo, the deluxe sub, and the Italian wrap. Tiramisu is also good. We often get pizza for our larger family gatherings, and although they're all good, we especially love the hungry man pizza! There's so much meat! read more

Pizza's good. But that doesn't make me want to give this place another go. We ordered a pizza for pickup on a Tuesday. It took the amount of time quoted: 25-30 minutes. We got there to pick it up and noticed that all the tables there were dirty, nothing had been cleared from the last diner's dinners. Whatever, we paid and left. Halfway home, we realized that the pizza had been topped with mushrooms, rather than the artichokes we ordered. So we called back and explained the situation, and the only person working (who had taken the order) said that she was told mushrooms. We hate mushrooms, there wouldn't have been an accidental mushroom order. And I don't think that "artichokes" sounds like mushrooms, but the employee was very dismissive of her mistake. We were to blame. So we had to wait another 30 minutes for another pizza to be made. No compensation for the mistake, and no apology. Most pizza places will give you a cheese bread or something, but not here. And when we returned, the tables were all still dirty, and some customers came to dine in so they cleaned off their own tables. So if you want to put up with the other stuff, you will enjoy a good pizza. But there are plenty of other places that make good pizza, without the other stuff. read more

We really like to support small businesses so we gave it a shot. This establishment was dirty when I walked in. Crumbs everywhere, children's toys scattered throughout the restaurant. There were no customers in there while I was there and the staff was just sitting around. The lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and didn't welcome me or smile. I would like to start off by saying I'm not a picky person when it come to food. The food was just as bad. The pizza was uncooked. The dough was still doughy... The cheese wasn't melted all the way. Just moved from Chicago and was hoping to find some good Italian food close to my new home. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan dinner, which included pasta and garlic bread. The chicken was a preformed breaded patty that had been cut into four strips, minimal amount of sprinkled mozzarella or parmesan cheese and tomato sauce that seemed to come out of a can. The sauce had no seasoning, only a purée of tomato with a few chucks of tomato thrown in. The pasta was ok, not over cooked, but the lack of flavor in the sauce made it almost inedible. Overall we really love this place. Pizza and stromboli are excellent. We love their support of Grandville schools, and their Dawgs card deal is one of the best. They have a very reasonable AYCE lunch buffet during the week; kids 5 and under are free, and adults are something like $6. I'm giving it 4 stars because the interior desperately needs work. Better off going up the road to Costco for a better pizza for a better price in all honesty (not saying Costco pizza is good by any means). My family and I went for an early dinner and when we walked in, our 'waitress' was sitting barefoot at a table, putting on her shoes. Eek! Should have walked right back out. However we stayed and asked for no onions on half the pizza and of course there were huge chunks of onion all over the pizza. They should have offered to make a new one or somehow compensate. Best delivery of traditional pizza in Grandville but things change often in the pizza industry...its good to keep trying different places to keep your options open when one starts going downhill.. Consistently good: I have ordered 5 different times the same pizza this year (2013) and each time it was the same as the last. Same as before is very important to me as I hate it when the pizza isnt as good as I remembered it. Quality ingredients: onion slices (not chopped), deli ham slices (not cubes), high quality cheese (not overly greasy), tasty crushed bacon, and fresh mushrooms. Crust is nice and crunchy but not doughy. About the only room for improvement is the sauce... a little too bitter for my taste. Value is exceptional: (2) 16" (3) item pizzas for $20 cannot be beat. I usually go (5) items on one and (1) item for the kids so everyone is happy. read more
