It is now July 19th and I never heard back from the company. Called today, spoke to Debbie who is always so pleasant. Conny the estimator got on the line and said May began their busiest time and they prioritized existing customers. My first call was in March. He did apologize. I informed him that were they not going to accept new business back in March I should have been informed during the earlier phone calls. Lousy customer service, lousy salesmanship. It was however a great way to not gain new business and lose business for life.

Updating after I revised my profile to indicate I actually live here, not SF…read more Outstanding. Our heat pump has been iffy since we moved in three years ago. It finally turned into an iceberg in mid-November during the cold snap (reversing valve sensor inop). It took a couple visits to diagnose, acquire parts, and fix all the issues, and Doug's team kept us updated on progress throughout. However, the best part was when James asked if the unit was still under warranty. We checked and it was, with only two weeks remaining on the covered period! So all the parts were covered and the work was completed before the deadline. Considering how much time they spent I was very pleased with the final bill. At the time, I didn't realize this was an astronomical amount for this replacement but my neighbors told me afterwards that I was taken advantage of because this part generally was under $50.00. I contacted the business and was told that the part was $400 and the rest was labor. I complained about amount and was offered a service warranty for a 20+ year old system, which I did not need. I also was told that the item had a lifetime warranty, which I did not ask for. I would NEVER had agreed to replacement of this part had I known how much they were going to charge me. I would have gotten a second opinion. After extensive conversation with Patrick Olszewski (field service manager), he said I would receive a refund in the amount of $250.00, which I have yet to receive. This conversation took place on 9/3/2026. I have spoken with several different people in this organization trying to get this resolved. I received an invoice (not itemized) that says I was due a refund but didn't get it. Think twice before doing business with this company. ADDENDUM: I have finally received reimbursement.

Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The structure was built 1947 and even though the HVAC systems were replaced twice since, the ducts were NEVER cleaned. They removed plenty of dust/soot/pollen and pet hair. The 2 techs were able to clean both sides in one day. I would recommend Ductz to anyone, there were zero problems, ducts/air handler are nicely clean and my tenants enjoy cleaner air.

This used to shock me, but not anymore, because 4 out of 4 times, they've been exactly on time. I had the pleasure of meeting Cameron and Dawn today. Both were very professional and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Dawn was very personable and professional, which is hard to find that combination in businesses these days. Cameron is an impressive young man who was professional as well. He was training Dawn, so, I didn't have as much interaction with him. But the interaction I had was great. What I like about this company is they'll text you when they're showing up with a picture of the poison who is coming out. That's a great safety feature. I'm happy to do business with them, and I look forward to doing business again with them in the future. You guys are awesome!!!!!

Despite the fact that I believe myself to be intelligent, I am a sixty-eight-year-old single woman…read morethat was taken advantage of by Champion Comfort Experts. My July water bill spiked so I knew there was a leak somewhere. After checking all the indoor probable culprits and finding no issue, I discovered the ground out front very wet at the water shut off valve. When I called Champion I even said that I suspected I needed a new shut off valve. The Champion technicians came to the same conclusion and with my approval, they proceeded to install a new turn off valve. Once that was completed they told me that there was still a leak of unknown origin. After conferring phone calls and further digging in my front yard they determined that the leak must be under the slab of my house and that the likely resolve would include tearing up concrete of my front patio and likely flooring and walls within my home. When they left that day I had no water, an open mess in my front yard, and absolutely no solution from Champion, PLUS they wouldn't leave without $1197.33 payment for the new valve. The next day I wrangled a technician from another company to take a look. What I'm about to tell you is so sophomoric, it's hard not to laugh at the stupidity. Instead of removing the faulty value or installing the new around the faulty valve, abandoning it completely, the Champion Techs installed the new valve directly onto the old leaking one. So every time they tried to turn on the water it continued to leak. Adding insult to injury, thus far I have not been refunded my $1197.33. Despite receiving an email stating I would receive a full refund, I never have, not one cent, and they have blocked my phone number from calling their business. Sincerely, Seriously Screwed Old Lady
