Called 2-3 weeks later on a Friday having never heard from a salesperson and was told the request for estimate was "sitting on his desk and that he would call me on Monday." It is now July 19th and I never heard back from the company. Called today, spoke to Debbie who is always so pleasant. Conny the estimator got on the line and said May began their busiest time and they prioritized existing customers. My first call was in March. He did apologize. I informed him that were they not going to accept new business back in March I should have been informed during the earlier phone calls. Lousy customer service, lousy salesmanship. It was however a great way to not gain new business and lose business for life.

Their scheduling service repeatedly scheduled late appointments when technicians weren't available, causing them to cancel at the last minute 2 days in a row, leaving us with a non functional HVAC during hot weather. The…read moreexpectation was a 200-amp panel upgrade, but instead they initially installed a meter panel and left the existing panel unchanged. This was only corrected after I complained. We have now failed two inspections. The first failure was due to insufficient wiring. The second failure was due to loose connectors and because not all of the work performed was properly disclosed on the permit. The inspection failed again as a result. This has caused significant delays to our renovation, and we are now unable to submit another permit until these issues are resolved. Electrical work is a major part of an HVAC installation, and repeated inspection failures are a serious red flag. The crew also left construction debris and trash behind, further reflecting a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this company, especially for electrical work. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of correcting substandard work.

Instead they talked about the smart and realistic options for repair vs. replace. We have old systems, which of course they would have been glad to replace. But instead they let us know that with reasonably priced repairs we could expect to get several more years of service for our current machines. On top of that--because we were expecting guests at the house--when they found that the wrong part had been sent, they went out of their way to find a way to keep everyone comfortable while we wait for the correct part to come in.     The worst contractor experience ever! I contracted Holley Heating and Air to install a propane…read morefurnace for my home. I was told that the installation would take approximately 2 to 3 days. From the time they started until finished it took over 4 months. During the installation they installed the wrong and less expensive furnace. I caught this mistake. They installed the wrong and less expensive thermostat. I caught this mistake. If I had not caught this mistake I would have received a less efficient furnace and thermostat at an increased price. I like to think the best of people, however I'm not sure these were mistakes. I was told that the job was a turn key job. After several request in writing, they left piles of trash, pvc pipes in my carport, rolls of tape and strapping. They left the first thermostat as well. They also left spray foam running down the outside of my foundation. When the correct thermostat was installed I was told that their service tech. would come the next day to program the WIFi thermostat. 46 days later I received a voice mail asking me if I wanted them to come program it. Wow! If you are looking for a good heating and air contractor, one who is customer oriented and provides quality workmanship. Stay away from Holley Heating and Air!!!!
