I was quoted nearly $10,000 for unnecessary pipe replacements, a new water heater, and other "issues" that magically disappeared once I got a second opinion. On top of that, I was quoted almost $900 just to replace the heating element and thermostat alone. Another plumber fixed the entire problem correctly, safely, and professionally for $100. This was not a mistake or a difference of opinion--it felt intentionally misleading and predatory. This kind of pricing and upselling preys on homeowners who don't know better. Get a second opinion immediately if you're quoted anything by this company. In my experience, this crossed the line into scam territory.

He was professional, did what he promised when he promised, and did it well. Our builder turned out to be very unscrupulous and caused many wasted hours for all of our subs, but Dan didn't complain and he continued to do excellent work. When the Builder unexpectedly pulled out and departed our unfinished job, never to return, Dan was professional enough to continue to finish the project with us. Dan was also much more aware of codes than the builder, and he was the one who got us to completion - again having to take on tasks that were not his responsibility.
