I started my search and this business had stellar reviews. My first step was just to call the business to call for general questions. Alex took my initial call and was super helpful with answering some of my basic questions. He also, did explain that they did have display options at the store so I headed down there. It's about 30 mins from my house but when I arrived Alex greeted me and was able to go over multiple options and the pros and cons of each one. He was not pushy and even mentioned they were doing a special until the end of the month. I was able to put my hands on the actual safes and they have all the exact measurements and costs on each model. I took the information back to my wife and reviewed our options. Upon choosing a specific model I called back and Alex was able to finalize my purchase and schedule my delivery over the phone. About a week later they called about 15 minutes before delivery and showed up on time as promised. They were able to install the safe and go over the features within less than an hour.
