Three days after "delivery", multiple calls with the manager and delivery handler I still had not received the insulation and conduit. Each call ended with "the delivery company has dispatched a driver and it will be there by Three pm I decided to return everything and get a refund. That would been the end of it, but the store manager is refusing to refund the delifvery fee and tried to make me contact the third party for a refund. I refuse to deal with the third party as I did not hire them. 8 days later and still nothing. I will not use lowes again.

The associate Kaley was handling the returns. She was working diligently and would make eye contact and reassure the folks in line she was going to be right with them. A manager, David, came in to help. I talked with him about the return and he was very reasonable and friendly. Both Kaley and David made the interaction a positive one. Kaley kept the returns line moving smoothly and quickly with a high level of engagement.
