The employee started walking toward the premixed color samples and I said my contractor had said it would need to be a custom color match. The employee informed me he would not be able to do that for a couple of days because they were in the middle of inventory. Seriously? I was the only customer in the store at the time. Three days after "delivery", multiple calls with the manager and delivery handler I still had not received the insulation and conduit. Each call ended with "the delivery company has dispatched a driver and it will be there by Three pm I decided to return everything and get a refund. That would been the end of it, but the store manager is refusing to refund the delifvery fee and tried to make me contact the third party for a refund. I refuse to deal with the third party as I did not hire them. 8 days later and still nothing. I will not use lowes again.
