TCB has done a complete kitchen restoration for us, including more rotten floors and neglected plumbing. They installed beautiful cabinets, Butcher Block counters, Saltillo tile floors, and a beautiful back splash. They installed new vinyl flooring throughout the house and again repaired more structural damage to the sub floors. They also have done a complete buildout for a new metal building we had installed in place of the garage, turning it into a workable shop. Often times, they quote you an exorbitant price, upsell other services/products, and leave a mess or unfinished work once they get paid. Mitch has repaired our pipes after the February freeze. He also helped install new flooring to our attic space, and completed several projects for my in-laws (flooring, roofing, water heater replacement, drywall repair). We finally found our handyman! He is communicative, courteous, and extremely trustworthy. He completes his work from start to finish with the utmost detail. I mean the level of detail that is usually reserved for one's own home or close family members. It speaks to the man's code of ethics. He believes in honest work at an honest price within a reasonable timeframe. His prices are extremely fair, that is not to say cheap or expensive, but fair for the quality of work being done. They ran an industrial dehumidifier and cut out all of the wet components. And they did it shockingly cleanly, covering everything and making sure all debris was cleaned up after. That was the first service. Because I was impressed I also had them do the rebuild. Literally a third of my ceiling needed to be replaced. You have to look really hard, and know it's there, to tell where the wallboard was replaced. They even closely matched the ceiling pattern! The team was phenomenal, polite, friendly, helpful and skilled. An all around exceptional experience. Value was very good too. The final tally was in line with expectations and perfectly reasonable given the quality of work completed.
