We've had experiences with many contractors over the years. Electricians, plumbers, general contractors, etc. It is sad to say, but it is so frustrating to find an honest and trustworthy contractor. Often times, they quote you an exorbitant price, upsell other services/products, and leave a mess or unfinished work once they get paid. Mitch has repaired our pipes after the February freeze. He also helped install new flooring to our attic space, and completed several projects for my in-laws (flooring, roofing, water heater replacement, drywall repair). We finally found our handyman! He is communicative, courteous, and extremely trustworthy. He completes his work from start to finish with the utmost detail. I mean the level of detail that is usually reserved for one's own home or close family members. It speaks to the man's code of ethics. He believes in honest work at an honest price within a reasonable timeframe. His prices are extremely fair, that is not to say cheap or expensive, but fair for the quality of work being done. I plan to continue to work with Mitch for any and all home repairs that are within his capacity.

TCB demoed and totally remodeled the original bathroom. Gutted it all, repaired, and replaced the rotten floor, re-sheetrocked, all new plumbing and electrical and painted. For an incredible price. The actual poor wasn't that bad except for the buried some of the old concrete from the driveway/walkway on the right side of the front of the house. I had to dig that up and get rid of it myself. As you can see by the below, they really sprayed the concrete as high as 6 feet the screen on the patio window, I did if they were going to clean that up and they said that they couldn't because the concrete was wet that I had to wait until it was dry. as you can see in the pictures below, they couldn't take the wood framing off the concrete because some of the workers nailed it to the concrete he explained and that some of his workers were and that he couldn't get them to use the wooden spikes only instead of the nails. I have tried to in contact with R & C construction several times through voicemail and text and through Angie and they have not returned my messages.
