A few weeks ago our condenser went out. My husband called Covington Comfort and they were at with in the hour. I know that this may not be able to happen in all cases but in the past the response time was also quick. The owner of the company, Jim Covington, came out spoke with my husband showed him the problem and replaced the part the same afternoon. Jim Covington and his employees have always been nice and professional. Jim really take the time to go over all the options you have and explains in detail the costs and do not surprise you with hidden fees. The fact that they are Locally owned and operated, highly ranked on Angie's list, in Superior standing with the Better Business Bureau and have several positive reviews on Facebook, Yelp and Yellow Pages.com make it very easy for me to use them time and again. You will NOT regret using this company. Covington Comfort is A1 top of the line service.
