I had Bottom Dollar Carpet install a set of DELTA GLASS shower doors over 4 years ago. I recently was in shower when one of the doors made a loud pop and shattered all over the place! DELTA GLASS said it was bad install. IT WAS NOT A BAD INSTALLATION! IT WAS BAD GLASS! I called Josh at Bottom Dollar Carpet and AT NO CHARGE he had a crew show up and totally redo my shower to accept a curtain instead of glass! GREAT COMPANY!!! I used them to redo one of our bathrooms. Every project has hiccups, but these folks genuinely care about the finished product and worked hard to make sure we were happy (and I can be tough). After we demo'd the shower we found we had room to add a bench & expand the space a little and they were very accommodating in changing things up. The Bahia granite I chose can vary a great deal from slab to slab but that wasn't an issue either, they kept sending me pictures til I found one I liked. I am very happy with the finished product (even if my blue walls had to go because the room was too blue). read more

this place is a rip off. they sell defective products, and when you call them about it. they say not their problem.Bla,Bla, Bla. Take it up with the manufacture. If that is the case they need to close their doors and the public can buy direct from manufacture and save a bunch of money. The owners are very rude and tell you they do not want your business if you complain. they sold tile for showers that are not waterproof. WOW! It is a bait and switch, when you go in the showroom and pick a product. the product that is delivered is not the same, it is some cheap fake. Run from this place look at the other reviews. They cannot get away from ripping the public off. Something needs to be done. read more

This is the worst bathroom installation in this area. Both of my showers leaked twice! Even after they came back. Damaged drywall in bedroom. The shower 1/2 inch spout was hand tight! Damaged my drywall in the living room. I can go on and on. Stay away from this bunch! read more

We held off as long as possible to put new floors in our house. We have looked all around for the best flooring center. We finally agreed on some flooring at one of the big box home improvement stores. But then, at the last minute we decided to check out Bottom dollar design center. It was the best decision we have made since buying this house. Mike and his whole team have been absolutely wonderful and patient with my wife and I. They walked us through the whole process and worked wonders to get prices down on the products that we loved. Then my wife decided since we were already doing the flooring she needed new countertops and sink in the kitchen. Mike has all the right people working for him and had no problem with getting it done, and at a great price to boot. Now we have it all picked out and paid for, I figured the waiting would begin. This was NOT the case. They called me the next day saying that the flooring came in and they could be out to start the next day. I was completely surprised but happy. They are now installing the floors and working on the kitchen also. The contractors they have are all very professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond dealing with issues that have come up and Mike has personally come out to see how things are going. Now that's what I call the personal touch, due to the fact that we live about 30 minutes away from his business. Thank you to Mike, Josh, and all the rest of the best at Bottom Dollar flooring and design, I will definitely come back for any other home design needs. read more

Bottom Dollar did my kitchen installed granite, sink and backsplash. the installers were great did a awesome job looks amazing. the reason I gave them 3 stars is because the customer service is horrible. When I say customer service I mean the people at the shop. I call multiple times just trying to get someone to answer and then its "I'll call you back" but never call back. Also if you ask for help on colors and anything like that, they just say go pick a color. they really need to work on customer service. read more

Don't use this company for granite counter tops.....repeat*.......do not use this company for granite countertops. Although a regular contract company was hired by BDC to install our countertop, seemingly first time employees were sent for the installation and did a horrible job. The sink and cooktop holes were cut inside the house without containment or a working vacuum, which put hazardous granite dust in the entire house which we and our pets then had to inhale for weeks during the extensive cleanup process. The countertops themselves were ground down along many of the edges making them extremely dull compared to the rest of the countertop. One of the seams in the granite was placed in the corner and then also ground down... to the point were it doesn't look anything like the other seamless corner. It has been sanded down to the point were it curves in too much and is still rough in places. It was implied that these installers have since been fired, but that gave me no solace in the fact that my countertops still look very poor in quality. They did come back and ground out scratches left from the installation, but that took two different visits to fix. I was then told that any other imperfections (edges, seams) were just part of having black countertop installed. Just hoping I can find someone else to try and fix this mess! read more

My husband and I are very pleased with the work Bottom Dollar Carpet did recently in our home. Punctuality is not their best trait, but the quality of work and service was.great. BDC replaced all flooring with laminate, tile and carpet; removed all popcorn ceilings, textured and painted; granite countertops in bathrooms, new tile around tub in guest bath and a walk in shower in master. The entire job was completed on time. The owner, Mike Morgan, made every effort possible, to make sure we were completely satisfied, and if there was a problem, it was corrected quickly. We would definitely use BDC again in the future. read more

I have two houses that were restored by Bottom Dollar carpet and Interior Design. I am extremely pleased with the finished homes. Everything was clean and left in very good shape. There were no cigarette butts or other disgusting items left that I have seen at other work sites so I am appreciative of the contractors. I will definitely use them if I need additional work in the future and will and have recommended them to friends. The staff has been very helpful and I feel as though they have had my best interest in mind when handling this massive undertaking. read more

This company over-charged us first of all, for carpet, hard flooring, and molding for a small one room apartment. Repeatedly we requested that they come out and redo some shoddy work, and they insisted they were going to make it good, but never did. I have photos of their work if you want to look.
