Upon pick up, 2 were not framed the way I asked so she offered to do them again while I waited. After getting home and unwrapping them, I realized one was not secured in the frame whatsoever. None of the items had a finished backing put on. The hanger on one was put on so the art would hang sideways. I had to take them all somewhere else to fix them quickly as they were a gift. When I asked Hobby Lobby for a refund, they told me no because "I got what I paid for."

I had the unfortunate experience of grading with Trade Card world. They charge 25 to grade with…read morePSA and then you pay 15 dollars to ship for only 1 slab. I pulled the card straight from the pack and gave it to them at a convention. When I received the card it was an 8. I can see the corners look messed up. I think they switched out the card I submitted with a lower value PSA graded duplicate. They must have had the lower graded version in their inventory and just gave me that one. When I brought the card for submission there was no mention of it having bad corners or any advice not to get it graded because of condition. How can a card pulled immediately from an opened pack in front of them have two messed up corners. Wish I had a picture from when I submitted but didn't know any better. I think from this experience I will quit the sports card hobby.
