I have had fabulous service in the past. Currently, I'm unable to get anyone to call me about my order. I have left several messages for 3 weeks now and drove down one day before 4 pm and the sign said closed. If you know these people, please help me make contact as my event is next week. I placed an order on 6/30/2021 for two Annin flags, total purchase price $107.90. It was for an American flag and a Texas flag. On 7/21/2021, I emailed or texted The Flag Store for an update on my order. On 7/22/2021, The Flag Store replied to my inquiry that due to COVID-19, supplies were back-ordered but that my order would be shipped on Monday, July 26, 2021. No flags were received. On 10/1/2021, I emailed/texted The Flag Store for an update and left a message on The Flag Store's answering machine and I received no return email/text or phone call. On this email/text, I asked if the Company was in bankruptcy and if so, to please send me a claim form so I can file a claim. I also asked for a refund. On 10/27/2021, I emailed/texted and left a message on The Flag Store's answering machine for an update. I never received a response. I advised The Flag Store that I went ahead and ordered the same Annin flags from Amazon and had already received them, and that Annin must have flags in stock. On 11/29/2021, I emailed/texted another follow-up and I'm waiting for a response. I called twice and the phone only rang until it disconnected. The Flag Store's website shows they are open for business, just closed for the day, reopening tomorrow. I want my goods/services (the flags paid for 6/30/2021), or I want a refund of $107.90. Regardless of a "no-refund" policy (which The Flag Store does have), the goods/services must be provided, or a refund given, or bankruptcy claim forms provided if the business is in bankruptcy. I have been very, very patient and have gotten nowhere. Do Not Buy Anything From The Flag Store located at 2116 N Haskell Ave, Dallas, TX 75204, Phone: (214) 821-2321, unless you expect to throw your money away and never get your goods/services or a refund. If you need ANY type of flag, look no further. I visited The Flag Store recently, after doing a Google search for "flag stores in Dallas". With the 4th of July coming up, I wanted our house to show our patriotic spirit for the USA! They also feature a ton of flags online, of all types and varieties, and I believe they ship nationwide. Anyway, the woman that helped me was INCREDIBLY nice and informative. She showed me all of their great options, and everything was very affordable. She told me they are the oldest flag store in Texas, having opened in the 30s by a hard-working, spirited woman who lost her husband during the depression. She's 100 years old today, and still living life! This thrilled me...I love supporting a business that's been around for generations, that was built by such a strong person. I just went to The Flag Store and had an excellent experience. My son has a presentation on Swaziland tomorrow at school, and last night we decided to look for flags to hand out to the other kids. With no notice, I showed up at The Flag Store today and was immediately able to buy 18 Swaziland flags. How great is that! There was a whole wall drawers of flags from all over the world. Took me a little while to find the store, so if you're going, note that it is just a few feet south of Cabell on Haskell, on the left as you are going south. A big flag is painted on the building and you can park in the alley right by the door. There is no formal parking. The building has "J. Hugh Campbell Co." in big letters on the side facing the street. read more
