I was so disappointed upon purchasing items from them online. I waited practically 3 weeks and they never showed up and was given the excuse by one of their employees over the phone that there could be delays due to holidays which was my case seeing how I purchased my 3 legendary 5D's Decks Box Set. But nevertheless that's no excuse for these items to NEVER show up at my front door when I've purchased other TCG elsewhere online and they show up within 1-2 weeks and during holiday season as well. I am glad I got my refund though, but nevertheless It's not worth taking the risk I did and purchase online from these guys just to be kept waiting and for your item/s to never show up. Also, I never understood how can a TCG store not keep track of their items they ship out to their customers because when I asked the dude with whom I spoke with over the phone, he had no idea. It's safe to assume the items I ordered either got lost, mis-delivered, damaged, or stolen.Do not purchase online from these guys, you've been warned. I don't wish this on anyone, not even on my worst enemy. What a joke of a store.
