Small fridge not too cold I would suggest having a cooler with ice. Coffee not that great but circle k 2 minutes away.

Stayed here in mid November. Price was $80 a night. Nash, the front desk guy let us check in early. Very nice. Room has two queen beds small refrigerator microwave. Room was clean. Bedding was older you get a sheet and the dated comforter but it was clean. Internet and TV worked great. Breakfast in the morning was cereal muffins and bagels coffee was good. One car parking for per room. But plenty of parking on the street for free. 20 min walk to downtown area over bridge. This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for but I have stayed here twice with no issues. Several good restaurants on this side of town with no hustle and bustle. Clean rooms and area. Everyone in St Augustine was friendly I like it here.

I THOUGHT THEY WILL HELP US! We've been in Anastasia for couple of times. One of the things that we like them is the well lighted parking lot. We stayed 2 nights on Dec 22 and 23. On the morning of 24th, we noticed that our car has a dent, scraped on the side of the body. It was obviously, a wreckless driver damaged our SUV over the night when backing or parking. We reported it to the office but the guy said the police won't entertain us because we don't know the plate number. We asked if we can check the CCTV, it seemed they don't care! They said they will just call us.

Horrible, the mildew smell is disgusting, i should have known when i went into the office to check in, and the exact same horrible mildew / mold smell, I've just been here a few hours, and have a sore throat and headache. Everything is old and outdated, and in Poor condition . The swimming pool is a "Joke"... smallest pool I've seen and to make it even worse, it is set out on the corner of the property, right next to a busy road. Unfortunately.. I am stuck in this pit for 2 days.. save your money, (( GO ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT HERE !!!! ))). Ruined our weekend get away !!!

Unfortunately the balcony rooms on the Bayfront were unavailable, so we booked a corner balcony room overlooking the historic district buildings and iconic streets filled with boutique stores. We were on the second floor overlooking Charlotte Street/Treasury Street. We could hear the live music from the Saints restaurant next door at night. Very little car noise at night. Public street parking maybe hard to find during busy times such as July 4th weekend and the lots were slightly expensive. Luckily most restaurant and local attractions were walkable so we left our car in the hotels, where the valet was also expensive but convenient. You can also buy a ticket to the Hop off and Hop on trolley right at the Hilton front desk, which takes you to the different tourist attractions that was slightly farther away. For July 4th, the hotel had a BBQ in front of the hotel. It was nicely done. The staff went above and beyond to make the event enjoyable for the guests. Tents were set up for outdoor seating, to eat grilled food, drink and listen to music. At night, you can see the fireworks right outside the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit St. Augustine again.

This Hilton is just a couple of blocks away from the fort. With regard to pricing - it's on the higher end of pricing for Hiltons in the area, plus parking is $40 a night. Everything in our room was clean.

The room was nice and spacious, with odd closets, but they worked for the time we were spending there. They also had robes if we needed to be bougie and prance around. We slept well and had a nice view of the square between the Lightner Mansion and Flagler College. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. They gave good recommendations on how to get around Saint Augustine, which had been a minute for me, so it was good to get a refresher. Sparkling wine at the front desk when we checked in was excellent and helped us unwind after the drive from South Florida. They have a gym and pool that I believe is accessible through the second floor, so I will have to remember that for our return trip. Also, they have a Starbucks on the lobby floor, which was great to get our morning pick-me-up. The bar and restaurant were very stylish, lots of Spanish influence from the 15th and 16th centuries. The cocktails were also solid. I didn't care for the water pressure and temperature, as they were difficult to adjust and ensure we were getting the correct settings. It was pretty scalding hot, so it took a couple of minutes to get it right, and then I kept it on the setting for my wife since I didn't want her struggling to mess with it. Apart from that, the experience was great. We enjoyed the sparkling wine and the accommodations when we checked in. The valet was good to have, as I didn't want to mess with street parking, but it is more expensive; take note.

The lower level period touches and decor are divine, and the location is just about perfect -- close to everything the old town has to offer. The guest rooms though? Eh, for a so-called 'resort' I was not blown away. I get the historical angle and an old building and all, but unfortunately (in my experience) that usually means a compromise on some level. Sure, the bed was very comfy, but the shower - and bathroom in general - was mediocre at best, with dated fixtures and not so great pressure. The room was fairly small-- fine for a solo traveler like me --- made interesting with matching eclectic furniture but not at luxury level. Just pointing it out.

I used "reservationdesk.com" (Expedia-?) to make this reservation. The agent PROMISED that we would be on a second floor with a BAYFRONT VIEW. When we arrived at the MARIN HOUSE B&B, there was no waterfront view at all, and we were on the first floor, crammed into a little corner on the property. At check-in, we were basically told that, it's your problem because we used a third-party ("reservationdesk.com"). FINALLY, a week later, we finally got our receipt. Marin House said that they could not even give us a receipt because we went through a third-party. So, one week later, I see that we were charged for three nights, even though we checked out after the first night. ReservationDesk.com said that they contacted Marin House, who told them that since we checked out after the first night, it was against their B&B POLICY, and they are refusing to refund FOR THE TWO NIGHTS THAT WE WERE NOT EVEN THERE!!!!! EVEN THOUGH WE WERE LIED TO ABOUT THE ROOM. Sandy, the owner, got her britches into a big bunch because we were singing, and our choice of language apparently offended the geriatric crowd there.... SO, FOR ONE NIGHT, SANDY @ MARIN HOUSE IS CHARGING US OVER $1,500.00‼‼‼. THIEVES. THIEVES. THIEVES. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.
