Wonderful selection of delicious pastries served by very pleasant staff at reasonable prices…read more Considering the quality, to me, they're a bargain. Their French cruller doughnuts are magnificent, the Chicken legs are superb and I don't think I've ever had a better cannoli. I haven't eaten my way through the entire selection yet but everything I've tried was top notch. Can't recommend more strongly.

It's been spreading by word of mouth lately, just not for positive reasons. My class recently discussed local Edmonds bakeries, and since I'm always in the area, I decided to put the reviews to the test and see if the prophecy was true. Oh my goodness--the energy was dim. They're known for their "Build the Wall" cookies... why bring politics into baked goods? Aren't desserts supposed to be joyful and inviting? That alone immediately set the tone. It didn't help that when someone politely raised a concern in previous reviews, the bakery replied with, "cry about it." How warm and welcoming. Maybe less time on attitude and more time on ingredient and texture testing--because now onto the actual cookies. Dry. Like, my teeth almost broke dry. They crumble the second you touch them, stick to your teeth, and somehow the bakery thinks that's funny. Spoiler: it's not. There were also flies in the display, which suddenly explained why the shop is usually empty whenever I walk by. If we're focusing on the baked goods alone, there's nothing amusing here. Between the dismissive attitude and the painfully dry cookies, this is not a place I'd recommend. You're better off visiting Snapdoodle next door for cute trinkets, or heading to Red Twig Café instead for genuinely great pastries. And if you want a giggle, check out how they respond to customers on Google reviews. Call me sensitive, but I'm very emotional and take my cookie consumption seriously.

The place is cute and well decorated with a good amount of seating. We got the Oreo croffle which was so delicious. My toddler absolutely loved it and kept wanting more. I highly recommend getting one. Only complaint is it was extremely warm inside so it wasn't very comfortable sitting there. Hopefully it will be more comfortable next time.

Can I order an iced tiramisu latte with al--" and was immediately cut off with, "K, size?" I started again and said I wanted the drink with almond milk in a 16 oz size, and she interrupted me a second time to ask, "What size?" It felt like she wasn't listening to me to all. What stood out even more was that customers who came in after me were greeted with a much friendlier and more upbeat attitude. The difference in treatment was noticeable. When she brought my drink, I said, "Thank you," and received a simple "Mm yeah" in response. Combined with the rest of the interaction, it came across as rude and dismissive. I've had positive experiences at this location before, which is why this interaction was so surprising. I hope management addresses customer service expectations and ensures all guests are treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. One thing that also stood out to me was the apparent lack of diversity among the staff. While I can't speak to the company's hiring practices, it was noticeable compared to many other businesses in the area. Combined with the way I felt treated during my visit, it left me with concerns about the overall culture and customer experience at this location.
