She took the time and did not rush the services like at some places. I loved how she told Alexa to play Michael Buble. I didn't even have to make a request. She just knew what singer I liked. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the owner herself. Judith and all her staff are awesome, very friendly and very professional. They definitely know their job. The salon is extremely clean which is a must for me. They open a new nail care kit for each customer and they give it to you when you leave. Instead of properly removing the lifting acrylic and prepping the nails correctly, he just applied new acrylic over nails that were already lifting. Anyone who does nails knows that's not how a fill should be done. The moment I saw that, I should have walked out. Fast forward one week, and almost every single nail has popped off. That's completely unacceptable for a fill. I paid $80 for a fill and cat-eye polish, which is already expensive, and to have my nails falling off days later is beyond disappointing. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but charging luxury prices for work that doesn't even last a week is unacceptable.
